Artisan Escapes  Opiniones

What a great holiday and a big thank you to Artisan Escapes and Megan their travel adviser. Nothing was any trouble and they planned the perfect holiday for us on Gran Canaria in the beautiful Puerto Mogan at the Raddison Blu. Full itinerary, transfers and more. Updated us and provided timely reminders before, during and even a welcome home. Not the first time we've used Artisan Escapes and certainly won't be the last. This is what service should be and delivered by a team that genuinely care about you and giving you the very best holiday and travel experience.

We have booked with Artisan before and always found their service amazing.

We have just returned from a fantastic trip to New York! Ann was so helpful, nothing too much trouble for the team at all!
We were advised from visas to passes and have had the best time!
We will be booking again!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday, made possible by Artisan Escapes. This was planned for a couple of years and due to unforeseen circumstances we had to rearrange twice. The team were so helpful, sensitive and supportive in rearranging for us in the easiest possible way. Fantastic customer service

We have used Artisan Escapes numerous times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. They helped us choose a hotel and location (and I ask lots of questions!) and can sort everything including check in if you want them to, and even managed to get us the best jet2 price.
Ann and the team are second to none and we would highly recommend them. In fact have already made lots of recommendations to our friends to use them. Now just to book our next trip!

First class as always from Ann and the team .

Great experience with Artisan from start to finish. Ann and her team are friendly, helpful and make the booking of a holiday with great ease. Ann even rang me the day before and helped me book special assistance due to a recent illness. Top class service. This is appx the 5th holiday booked with them and will be booking another very soon.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Annabelle and team have been so helpful. All enquiries and queries dealt with super fast and with great efficiency.
I had lots of questions and changes last minute which were all handled very well. A kind friendly and personal booking experience. Thank you!

Great customer service, good prices and very helpful and polite. Will definitley be using again!

Megan ensured that we got exactly the holiday we were looking for on our 25th Wedding Anniversary! The flights, hotel and transfers were seamless and we didn't have to worry about anything. Will definitely use the services again!

I have used Artisan Escapes for my last 3 holidays, and used for others that subsequently got cancelled due to covid. Have received excellent service from all at Artisan, for each of my bookings. I will be contacting again soon to start looking for my next holiday. Thanks Ann and team.

Nothing was too much trouble. They are a great team. We couldn’t book online as a group so Ann did it for us and sorted everything out. We struggled when it came to checking in online and so I just emailed pictures of our passports and they did it all for us. Had the best Hen Party in Benidorm. Wish I could do it all again.

Quality holiday organised by a quality company,…. thank you Ann

Just returned from a lovely short break in Tenerife booked through the team at Artsian. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I am terrible for keep asking more questions and changing my dates but it’s never an issue. Ann and the team always come back with the foods and a smile and so for the last 4/5 years always book through them and they offer great value for any end of the budget.
Looking forward to me next trip - already booked through artisan!

Thank you Artisan Escapes of Whalley for organising our trip to see the Northern Lights in the Yukon. The dates and flights didn’t originally quite suit us but Artisan Escapes spent a lot of time and effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They also organised our cold weather gear, husky sledding and accommodation in both Whitehorse and Vancouver (The Listel - great hotel). What would have been a very bitty and complicated holiday to organise by yourself was made so easy by Ann and her team. We’ll certainly be using you again.

Many thanks for such a memorable holiday

The team at Artisan escapes are so helpful, they remove all the stress from booking a holiday and are always on hand to help and answer any queries

We had an amazing holiday in Tenerife staying at the hotel Adeje Palace recommended by Artisan Escapes. The arrangements went like clockwork which was remarkable in light of the fact that this holiday had been postponed twice due to Covid.

I found the ladies at Artisan Escapes very friendly and professional. I told them what I was looking for and it was all sorted with no hassle. I will definiately use them again in the future.

I've used Artisan Escapes for the last 4 years now and they never fail to deliver. This time, they booked our very special Lapland trip. They spent so much time answering my questions before booking, coming up with different options and putting up with my deliberating (!!) but in the end they really pulled it off - we've had the most magical trip. Thank you Ann and team, I'll be back in touch about summer hols v soon!

Fantastic service ! Booked a holiday to Lapland which was amazing! Very email I sent to artisan escapes was responded to quickly nothing was too much trouble,I’ll definitely book with them again

I don’t know how Artisan Escapes do it but the holidays they book are always better and cheaper than we have been able to manage booking like for like on the internet. After trying to beat their price the first 4 times (which Artisan found cheaper, or with upgrades, or both) I’ve now stopped and just book with them straight off. The service is always super quick and now they have all our details, booking is super simple. They have always delivered beyond our expectations. I have recommended Artisan Escapes to friends and family alike and would recommend to anyone looking for an independent travel agent.
