Delivered earlier than expected 😀 (excellent job by both Artisan Italian & UPS 👍). The goods we packed superbly, ever tin was individually bubble wrapped to ensure they wouldn’t end up with a dint and the expiration dates are so far in the future not an ounce will be wasted.
Will definitely use Artisan Italian again and will highly recommend them to all.

Good protective packaging
Biscuits came well packed, I ordered 3 packs and they came in a cardboard box. Quick turnaround of order - It would have taken me longer to go town shopping to find any alternative of these Amaretti yummy biscuits

Unfortunately "Amaretti" were out of stock at the time of your purchase, so:
- I personally process a Full Refund straight away!
- Considering we sell the same product "Amaretti" on Amazon you were simply suggested to buy them on Our Amazon Store as a option, in case you need it urgently.
- We also inform you Amaretti will be back in stock in one week time and, indeed, they are available again.
- We also offer you a 10% Discoun on your next order with our apologies for the "Out of Stock" inconvenience.
Now, i can understand all your frustation for discovering the product was out of stock, but do you still think is fair a 1Star Review?
