This is a lovely company
This is a lovely company. A recent order I placed was lost by the delivery company and Hasna sorted everything out and sent a replacement immediately. The items are beautiful and packaged with care and added personal touches. I cannot rate this company high enough they truly are exceptional .

Really poor quality, and wrong size
Bought Tamegroute star candle holder costing £25 plus £10 shipping. So not a cheap purchase. Item arrived in a timely manner. However, extremely disappointed with the product. The website places emphasis on craftsmanship: the item is chipped in several places, including the top. The chips have been crudely painted over with green paint. The item is not 24 cms high as advertised, but is 19 cms high. The candleholder is crooked, which means it is impossible to insert a candle so that it stands up straight. The base is also crooked so the thing rocks about and is not safe. Absolutely terrible.

Our Tamegroute pottery is made by hand. Due to the absence of mechanical equipment in the production process the finish will never be the same as mass produced pottery. In fact the qualities of Tamegroute are in its imperfections; they will often be crooked and vary in both size and colour. The finish will never be perfect and we try to be very clear about these features in the product descriptions.
We quality check all orders before shipping and look out for any visible signs of damage/defects. It may be possible that in this case damage was caused during transit however we do pack all our fragile items extremely carefully.
As a small business we really do value our customer’s opinions and want our customers to love their purchases as much as we do. I will be happy to issue you with a full refund once the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
