We are very happy with our purchase. It definitely looks like the advertised piece, was expertly packaged and arrived on time. I was worried over some of the reviews online and hoping not to be scammed or disappointed. The company answered all my many emails throughout the transaction…and when the piece arrived we were so pleased and relieved. We all love it!

The quality of the artwork is fantastic! Although they are prints, they look actually hand painted. It really finishes off my living room. The pictures make me smile every time I look at them. Communication with the company was easy and responses were quick. This company is very efficient. They even sent me pictures of the work completed to make sure I was pleased! The whole process was quick and easy. The pieces were shipped in a crate and arrived in perfect condition. If you're on the fence about ordering...DO IT!

The artwork was just like the image in the website. Beautifully painted and exactly as expected. Wished Michael would have signed it :)

I LOVE the artwork! It looks exactly like the image I saw online with the added bonus of texture! I confess I was nervous ordering an expensive piece from overseas. However, the vendor contacted me when the piece was finished for me to confirm my satisfaction and then sent me a Tracking number when the piece shipped. It arrived professionally packaged and in the timeframe promised. I will DEFINITELY being ordering more!!

I am so happy with my purchase of this work of art. It looks unique and exudes a peaceful nature vibe . This is not a poster or mass produced piece. This is a work of art and it looks and feels that way.

The quality of my artwork is exceptional! I really appreciate the hand painted texture and color density. The canvas is tightly stretched and the frame is top notch. It is a bit of an investment but I think it’s worth it. The company respects the customer’s investment and communicates throughout the process verifying the choice and expectations. Even the shipment package reflects the quality of the product. I 100% recommend ArtisBetter.

Really pleased with this purchase. The painting arrived securely packed in a wooden crate, so there was zero risk of damage in transit — clearly a company that takes shipping large artwork seriously. I also appreciated getting regular updates throughout the process, so I always knew where my order stood ( linked it to shop.com)

I ordered two paintings and they came exactly as pictured, with even some custom changes I requested. I love the paintings themselves - exactly as pictured on the website. And I love the texture and attention to detail. Communication was great and they arrived timely.

I ordered my painting on June 14th. I finally received it on August 21st. I was told it would take 10-15 days to complete and then pictures would be sent. I didn't hear anything. I called the phone number several times with no voice mail set up to leave a message. I emailed several times. I was certain after reading other reviews that I had been scammed and asked for a refund. Finally my email was returned. Apparently there was overseas shipping delays causing the issue. I was sent pictures and an assurance it would arrive, and it did. It's exactly what I had ordered / wanted. I will say though, that this company needs to do a much better job staying in communication, answering emails and calls. You're investing a lot of money and if there is a delay, please just reach out and tell the customer before the customer becomes worried.

I would say 5 stars for the product, but honestly 1 or 2 for the ordering experience. So we'll settle with 3.

Excellent service, ultrafast communication and top quality!!!

They post that refunds are available within 30 days. They try and guilt you into accepting less by stating they are a small co. I reached out for a return immediately after receipt. Tried to get me to accept $50 to $100 when I paid over $300. I told them to forget it. Will not buy from them again. Very disappointing. If you don't want to offer refunds, please be honest.about it.

Right from the start, ordering through to receipt of my beautiful piece of art, was seamless. My communication with the artist was prompt and courteous, and the art work is stunning. When I received the painting, the colors were not the same as was posted on social media. The artist redid the painting and it was FABULOUS!!!!! I absolutely love the painting and can not wait to have it hung in my home! I continuously watch your postings and will definitely purchase another painting as I see fit. Thank you!!!

These paintings are a direct rip off from the brilliant British artist Sam Toft, therefore taking revenue away from her. There are subtle changes in the inferior artwork which presumably gets around copyright but it demeans Sam’s huge talent. DO NOT BUY THESE PAINTINGS, it is unfair and immoral ..I have not purchased any of these paintings because they are virtually copies as said above…I would not support this company/artists as they have stolen somebody else’s talent

Please do not npurchase anything from this company. They are stealing art designs from other artists, such as Sam Toft. Whilst this is legal, as long as the work sold by them is not signed as Sam Toft, this is not an ethical approach, and causes a lot of damage to original artists.

It's a shame that you're stealing the work of real artists and passing it off as your own. And it's even more shocking that you're using their work in the huge banner on the homepage. You owe the original artist, Sam Toft, an apology.

This company steals ideas from the real artists. Please do not purchase from them. They are crude and horrible, badly copied versions of the real pictures.

Sam Tofts designs have been stolen and poorly replicated. She is a respected artist with a large number of supporters. Your attempt to copy is horrifying.

This company sells artwork copied from the work of other artists. They are stealing the ideas and designs and creating poor imitations.
Notably the work of Sam Toft whose work I admire and collect is heavily visually plagiarised by an artist called Kari Alexander.
It's shocking that a company will actively promote this type of abhorrent practice.

Please just take a look at the website page of Sam Toft and then at your site collection. Anyone can see that this is a copy of her artistic style and content with some subtle changes. It's totally unethical and unnecessary. You clearly have talented artists who need to use their own style. I haven't made a purchase simply because I can't now trust that other work on your site isn't subject to the same conditions of design, I have Sam Toft pieces so I instantly recognised her work.
