I hired Artisoo to create a unique portrait of my dog, and they performed a fantastic job. The most crucial aspect for me was how well the artist depicted his eyes and personality. My inquiries were promptly and amiably answered by customer support. Before shipping, they even gave a preview picture to ensure everything looked correct. The painting was ready to frame and came in perfect shape. It currently hangs in my living room, and each time I see it, I grin. Strongly advised for anyone searching for a meaningful piece of hand-painted art.

If you are looking at buying Chinese calligraphy (or any paintings) and get a 10/10 service, this is the site to come to. The customer service is attentive, patient and will provide professional opinions for layman to get the best outcome especially when it comes to customised works.

Very disappointed. I knew it would not be like the original of course. But still, this is like a copy executed by a total beginner. It lacks colors, full areas, loads of details... I do not want this in my living room. I would prefer a simple poster. What a rip-off.

We had a great experience with Artisoo. We worked with David. We sent him a photo of a picture we liked. The size we wanted was 23" x 20". The price quoted was $280. We paid 1/2 up front. We are very picky about color and we actually DHL mailed a paint chip of the exact color blue we wanted to China.

After the artist finished the painting (2 weeks?) David sent us a photo of the painting. We asked for a darker area in the painting to become lighter. The artist made the change and David sent us a new photo. We approved it and paid the 2nd half through Paypal.
We received the rolled up painting 1 week later. It is beautiful and we are having it stretched and framed! We would use them again.

My customers are very distinguishing when is comes to their art and have very high standards and Artisoo does quality work and is very easy to do business with.

I ordered a big oil picture for 500euro. They delivered without the name on it, so it came back as not possible to deliever. I requested that they resend - they never did. I sked to return money for 5 times - they never replied. I would go to the court - but they rae in China :-(

I ordered two paintings that arrived folded (yes, folded!) and smeared. They were shipped with no protection and the package arrived looking like it had been trampled by horses. The quality was also very poor. I could have asked a high school art student for a painting and got something better. I contacted Artisoo and they offered me a $50 refund. I told them that their website said ;free returns;, and thats when they offered to refund me $80 dollars. I paid almost $200. I again said I want to return the items. They would not pay for the return shipping. Instead they offered to return $100. So I contacted paypal to help with this dispute. Paypal to me I need to send the items back, not even addressing the issue that the website (which accepts paypal) was clearly not honoring the free returns; policy. I went to UPS and they said it would be almost $100 to ship it back to China with the address the seller provided. I went to the USPS and it was a little over $30 to use media mail. I got the tracking number from USPS and supplied it to paypal. Two weeks later paypal tells me they cannot confirm delivery of my package with the tracking information I provided. I contacted the USPS and they said its a common problem with media items that get shipped to China, and that the USPS cannot guarantee media mail, and that I would have to use a carrier like UPS for guarantee delivery or return. So, now Im out not only the cost of the art, but the cost of shipping it back and the time spent dealing with this crap. This seller is a scam in my opinion. They ship crappy art, and then won;t honor free return shipping even if the art is damaged. They will instead just try to give you back 50% of your money. I guess they also know that paypal wont make them honor free returns, and that most people won;t spend an additional $100 bucks to ship it back with a guarantee. Long story short. Stay away. Even paypal won;t help you if you get stuck with bad Artisoo art.

I ordered a reproduction of a painting by Guardi : San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice. There was a delay so I emailed Artisoo to ask what was going on. They emailed back quickly, saying there had been an accident and the artist was repainting the picture. It finally arrived, securely packed in a tube. It had been sent by air from Hong Kong to London Heathrow. Opening the canvas, I thought it was perhaps lightly painted. In addition, I looked on Google Images to see the original. At first, I was annoyed to see that details were changed and buildings moved around. I assumed that it was a freehand work by the artist. Then I looked again on Google Images and found a different original, the painting held in the Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg. The Artisoo reproduction was a perfectly exact version of that original. I had forgotten that Guardi painted many versions of the same subjects in Venice. I now have to arrange for the framing of this picture. It should look splendid when I hang it. I am very glad that I decided to use Artisoo in this matter.

I bought a painting and - after waiting for over 2 months - it arrived damaged and shoddy (broken frame, spots of black oil paint on the canvas, globs of white oil paint).

Artisoo's policy specifically states they will take returns if the customer is not 100% satisfied. After going on for months with their customer support, they blatantly refused to take it back and routinely told my credit card company I didn't send them pictures of the damage or communicate with them, which I did (many times I referred to those pictures with customer support, but was ignored).

I repeatedly asked to return the painting, only to be told they feared customs - so they would generously offer me a tiny credit on a $300 product. Here is what they would write, as example:

"You know, it is not convinient for you to return the painting. And sometimes the package would be refused by the Customs.
I will apply to our company to give you a more better refund. I think you can like it. Thank you very much!"

I want to return it, not a "more better refund"!!!!!

Their paintings are of low quality and their morality is non-existent.

I am now stuck, out hundred of dollars, because I was sent a broken, shoddy product and THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY.

The "painting" now sits in corner in my basement, soon to be thrown out in the garbage.

Vorrei farvi sapere che il quadro da me acquistato su Artisoo, di cui sono soddisfatta in quanto piuttosto fedele all'originale (anche se a mio giudizio fosse difficile da realizzare), ha avuto qualche problema con la dogana italiana ed ho dovuto pagare circa il 30% di tasse. Sarebbe opportuno che Artisoo informasse i clienti italiani di questa ulteriore spesa. La cosa ha inoltre provocato ritardo nella consegna, senza sottovalutare l'iter burocratico. Nel complesso posso ritenermi soddisfatta anche se consiglierei ad Artisoo di specificare nel sito i tempi di realizzazione. Infine la bolla di accompagnamento in cinese-inglese risulta estremamente generica.

I bought this painting with the intent of hanging it in a guest room, but I like it so much that I put it in the living room. The houses for instance or not as detailed as the original, but it is nevertheless a very pleasing painting to look at.
