The work was carried out within a couple of days of us registering a problem. The fitters knew exactly what the problem was and within an hour or two my gates were functioning perfectly.
Went to quote and discuss with serval companies. UKFarmGates were easily the best on service. Having talked the gate through at length with Gary and Nigel we have just had it installed. The quality, e... Ver más

Formed in 2002, Artistic Metalica originated from Spain's Costa Blanca before returning to its original routes in the United Kingdom where the business of high quality fabrications predated to circa 1980. Our Limited company Fenland Metalic Ltd was formed in 2016 and being based in the East Anglia a requirement for high quality security access was quickly established and lead to the evolution of our farm access and security gates, which are now branded under our trading name UK Farm Gates. We have successfully completed projects all over the United Kingdom and have continued to develop our access control systems and range of security gates for businesses, farms and residential properties. Our ethos is attentive and bespoke design delivered with high quality materials, delivered with exceptional service and support.

Respuesta de UK Farm Gates & Artistic Metalica
We are disappointed that you have felt it necessary to lease such a poor review. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional service and quality goods. We have built our company on service and reputation and we are concerned reading your review.
We would like to state that, aside from a delay and some misunderstanding during fitting, the job was finished successfully.
We would also like to make it clear that you placed an order via email on the 13th September 2022, not June as you stated, following the provision of a quotation dated 12th September.
Whilst you feel that it took too long to arrive on site, please consider that our lead-times are quoted as 'approximate/general' and are subject to various process during manufacturing that could be, or are out of our control.
Your order was for wet-painted railings. Unfortunately this type of finish relies heavily on the weather to air-dry the paint and windows of opportunity to carry out this process during the winter are not as sparse as during the summer months. Because of this, we took the decision to provide you with a better finish at no additional cost, by having your railings powder coated; attributing to the delay you refer to.
We are very sorry that you feel dis-serviced, but the railings are perfectly finished despite the above.
We would have welcomed an opportunity to discuss your issue and explain the situation before you left such a bad, and in our opinion unnecessary review.
Please will you correct your review heading that incorrectly states "we placed am order in June".

Really impressed with the costumer care…
Really impressed with the costumer care from start to finish on the new electric gate installed by Artistic Metalica, the design was for a sliding gate that would straighten when open but cover around the inside of the perimeter wall when closed. The gate adds a big wow factor to the house, thanks to Nigel, Gary and there team.
