First time l brought a piece of art, the person l spoke to, was really lovely and patient with me, she couldn't be any more helpful.
In fact I am getting ready to purchase from them again for Christmas.

Brought a piece of art at the weekend and made a few mistakes whilst ordering. Contact the gallery the following day via email and my issues were resolved straight away. Duscount refunded, wrapping added. Also really fast delivery, fantastic communication. Pleasure to do business with them. Thankyou.

Remember seeing the item online asked staff to take some photos to emphasise the size of the sculpture.

They were sent to me on WhatsApp and I took some time to look at these then ordered the item on the phone and thanked the staff for sending over the pics.

Choice of delivery day and when it did arrive by DHL handled with care and on the correct day and in the time slot and packed well and securely

From the outset communication was excellent; with prompt replies to emails regarding availability of a particular piece, and then a telephone call to arrange delivery once they had received the item from the supplier. The delivery information was forthcoming and accurate. Very happy, and I already have my eye on the next piece I would like to order from them.
