I found Artmed International via Facebook and took the first steps in contact them to enquire about a hair transplant. During the video consultation, I was provided a detailed explanation of how the procedure was to be undertaken and what results to expect. I then booked my flights to Istanbul. Once I arrived, the organisation of everything from the hotel transfer to the clinic was seamless and I had nothing to worry about from my end. All I had to do was sit back and relax. The medical staff were very knowledgeable, professional and exceeded my expectations. I had a 2 day procedure and was satisfied with the final outcome. I also had stem cell therapy which aided with my recovery. 2 weeks in and both the transplanted hair and donor area are progressing well. Overall it was a very positive and satisfactory experience now I'm waiting for my results to get better and better each month.

I had been researching several hair restoration options for about a year and I decided to go with ArtMed in Istanbul. From the very beginning they were very proficient at answering all of my questions and providing me with a detailed plan and recommendations. They made me feel confident about my decision to get the surgery and to use them; Invi is the rep who I worked with.

When I arrived to Turkey, they provided me with a private shuttle that took me to the hotel as well as back and forth to the clinic each day. The clinic also provided me with a fluent interpreter who oversaw the coordinating and even helped me haggle some prices as I picked up souvenirs on my last day.

Everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful. The clinic is located in a very safe area and I was very confident that they were providing me the best services available.

I would definitely recommend that everyone who is considering different companies to give Artmed a try. They are great at what they do and I'm excited to see the results.

I've been wanting to sort out the problem with my teeth for many years. In my case I needed implants (4), to remove old crowns and to have a pretty smile (I make business). Well, after months of looking for a clinic in Turkey, I finally found Dr Arten (ARTMED clinic) who did all my teeth. (Hollywood smile) And I can tell you that he really is a magician. He is above all human, listens carefully and strives for perfection💫 right down to the small details that make all the difference. Thank you again for everything🙏. I lost my hair a while ago and resembled ET so I knew I had to have the transplant.

At first it was the finance and then the right clinic. I chose to have my transplant within the UK due to the accountability being traceable as, the UK is highly legislated and should there be a medical error then the responsible could easily be brought to account as, I believed but not so tru.

Without much research I chose a UK based clinic under the name of "HAIR GROTH CLINIC" who do not know what they are doing and risking lives.

Everything started ok, the consultation, the assurance, and guarantees but, I have high tolerance to anesthesia which means i require high dose which I now know. So they injected me with a dose and obviously it did not work but, they started the procceedure of extraction anyway, I expressed the pain and they comforted me by saying a little pain is normal but, that so called little pain was so sever that it shut my body down, they regained my conscious and attempted two more times before stopping the proceedure and deeming me imune to anesthesia, leaving me in immense pain and wasted hair which they extracted but not implanted so instead of more hair I came out with less (GREAT).

Anyhow, Once I overcame the shock of what I had gone through, I was in search for a solution and I came across "ARTMED" I placed an enquiry and my gaurian angel Xheni came to rescue, what an amazing character and personality, obviously I was spectical and worried but, she took care of everything to detail from the point of booking the procceedure, through to arranging a hotel and finding the best ticket deal.

Furthrmore she remained in constant contact to keep me informed and answered every concern I had leading to the surgery and anything she did not have an answer to, she actually went away, done her enquires and then got back to me with accurate explanations. she even took the liberty of packing my bag for the journey in the sense by informing me of the essentials I will need.
Furthermore, when I landed in Turkey she navigated me to the meetup point via short video clips (creative). I was then handed to her colleague Mehmet and Gamze, again they went out their ways to accommodate my comfort, they stayed with me throughout the surgery.

Mehmet provided additional pain killers and take-aways from his own expense which I thought was really sweet and reimbursed ofcourse and arranged all the transportations from airport to the hotels to the clinics etc and paid attention to the detail to book the right transport with additional headroom and made sure everything was done smoothly whilst Gamze unitised her only day off to navigate me around the city. I was then introduced to the main doc who was very professional and he explained the procceedure. Upon expression of last experience he assured that they will not operate if they are not able to make the anesthesia work and told me not to worry.

I was then handed over to my surgeons Dr Seher, Dr Birfin, Nurse Aisha, and a number of other doctors observing the effect of anesthesia and they instantly realised my skin required more and they injected as much needed and did not leave the room uptill they had the anesthesia worked.

thereafter rest of the procceedure was done in a really unusual operation manner in the sense that we were all laughing and joking utilising Google translate.

In conclusion, the operation was conducted not in a serious atmosphere but, rather in a fun and comforting environment. I was then transported to my hotel and checked up on me on a regular base and Xheni also remained in contact requesting constant update and will remain in contact for further 18months which is an exceptional service. Cost was approximatly same but, totally diffrent experience.

ARTMED are leading the way and are a great example of transparency and reliability. They take the work to be the best at it and not to make the most at it. I would like to take this oppertunity and thank Xheni,Mehmet,Gamze,Seher,Birfin,Aisha, and the Doctor who loved drawing on my forehead. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience from the start.
Anja answered all my questions from the vary start. Once I arrived in Istanbul, I was greeted with my taxi. He drove me to the five star hotel. The following day I was once greeted with my taxi, waiting to take me to the clinic. The doctor and staff were amazing. Almost a month later after my hair transplant, and Anja still keeps in contact to check, the progress. I would highly recommend Artmed for your hair transplant.

Xhensila my representative with the company she did a phenomenal job, organizing everything for me. It was an amazing trip flawless in every way they set up transportation hotel was a beautiful and a nice spot beautiful view, beautiful food and definitely a beautiful hotel.
The hair surgery went perfect. I had two days of surgery, and after that, they cleaned me up and shampooed my hair purchased some product to maintain my hair and to help it grow longer and stronger. The ladies that were working on me were amazing you don’t feel a thing when the anesthesia kicks in. I would definitely recommend a this crew for all your hair, teeth and other surgery needs.I can’t wait for the results !!!!!

Starting with my personal client consultant Xheni, if it wasn’t for her I doubt I would’ve even went through with it but she went above and beyond. Great communication from Ardela, who talked me through the process and continually checks up on me after the procedure to make sure everything is ok, as well as my interpreter Mehmet who made sure everything ran smoothly and even made sure I had private transportation to and from the clinic which was nice.

What I will say is make sure you are extremely specific with how you want your hairline to look and the coverage area. I assumed when the doctor told me they would be doing full coverage in the front, they would be covering an area that I feel is a part of the “front” albeit the rear end of the “front” toward the top of my head.. my bald pattern creates a dome shape, and the coverage basically excluded the top part of the dome.. I just assumed that was the agreed upon front part. Be Specific, this isn’t your barber who just knows. Take the pen and draw exactly the areas of coverage you want. And then let them discuss what is possible or not and work from there. Don’t assume like I did.

Besides that everything else was smooth, the technicians were amazing, I would definitely recommend Artmed the the amazing experience.

It was such a wonderful experience working with ArrMed and the benefits of having Anja as a liaison was truly magnificent. I was a little bit skeptical at first because I found this company through an Instagram ad..... and there's so many scams out there that you never really know. But Anja worked with me and I felt at ease, I even gave a payment in advance. We arrived in Istanbul everything aligned exactly how she said it was and whenever she was unavailable she always had a true professional to take her place, which wasn't very often as she was rarely not available, but I never felt that I was stranded in a foreign country without at least a translator and somebody giving me a game plan.
I cannot recommend ArtMed any higher than a five-star they'd get 10 if I was able to do so on a platform and a 20 star for Anja.

I recently underwent a hair transplant procedure, and I cannot express enough how phenomenal my experience was. I would like to give special recognition to Xheni, my consultant, who was absolutely remarkable from start to finish. From the moment she reached out to me, she treated me like a member of her own family. Xheni guided me through the entire process, alleviating any concerns I had about traveling to a different country for the procedure. Her support and reassurance were invaluable, and I am incredibly grateful for her.

Upon arriving in Istanbul, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful hotel accommodations provided. The hotel was situated in a vibrant, brand-new area that offered a variety of restaurants and attractions.

Moving on to the procedure itself, I had the privilege of consulting with Dr. Muhammet, the main surgeon, who went above and beyond for me. Despite it being his day off, he came in the following day after the procedure to accommodate my request for the stem cell procedure (which I highly recommend). Dr. Muhammet's dedication and willingness to meet my needs were truly exceptional.

During the surgical procedure, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Seher and her 2 nurses for their outstanding expertise and skill. She performed the procedure with precision and professionalism, ensuring my comfort throughout the entire process. I felt completely at ease under her care.

Mehmet, the translator assigned to us, deserves a thanks for his support throughout the entire procedure. His presence and linguistic abilities were a great help in facilitating effective communication between the medical team and myself. I truly appreciate Mehmet's invaluable contributions.

I would also like to extend my thanks to the CEO, Dr. Arten, and his assistant, who took the time to personally welcome me and stayed with me until the procedure was about to begin. Their presence and support meant a great deal to me, and it further reaffirmed their commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

I traveled from the USA to Turkey for my ArtMed hair transplant. The reception was top notch starting from my arrival to post operation interactions. They sent a vehicle with driver to the airport which transported us to a luxurious hotel. The following day I consulted with the doctor after being met by the service reps. The doctor and his team made my experience relaxing and with very little pain. I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals. Invi and Mehmet (service reps) contact me daily for post operative care reports. They always responds in a timely manner and give great guidance. I highly recommend this clinic. I will post an update to this review in a few months to let everyone know about the results. As of today, I can see the grafts have healed and my hairline has made me look 20 years younger at age 50. I also received a compliment from the passport agent when I re-entered the U.S. He was interested in the procedure. I let him know that ArtMed was the go to clinic when he decides to get it done. Thank you to ArtMed, Invi and Mehmet for the outstanding treatment.

4 month update:
The donor area has recovered nicely. There are no signs of over harvesting. The implanted hairs are growing and I should see added results by months 5 and 6. My representative at Artmed (Invi) has kept in constant contact and has become a good friend. I highly recommend letting ArtMed conduct your procedure. You will not be disappointed. I will provide a final update in a couple of months.

This post has been long overdue and I apologize for that. However before I go any further I need to make this fact abundantly clear…Ardela, and I’m not aware of her exact title with Artmed, with all the time hand attention she gave me, tirelessly answering all my questions and concerns months before I decided to make my appointment, was Absolutely the main reason I chose Artmed. Of course I had many Hair transplant locations to choose from but looking back I know I made the right choice and in large it was because of Ardela. But even now that two months after my procedure she still makes herself available at all hours comforting me with her knowledge and genuine concern. I just wish there I someone like her in the US because I would most definitely hire her to train my entire staff in all the ways of customer service should be rendered to every single person in all walks of life. I could go on and on but time simply doesn’t permit me. In conclusion I want to thank all of you at Artmed for making my experience a wonderful one.

Hello, I hope this review help anybody that wants to do this procedure.
I have to say for my personal experience that ArtMed clinic deserves more than 5 stars. The acomodation from beggining to the end was outstanding, the hotel was great, the clinic and the Staffs there were excellent and very professional. They make you feel at home.
Now I have to say that going to another country can be a challange since you don't know what to expect and it can be very intimidated because you are not sure if is true what they are offering you and maybe you think is a scan, but let me tell you that is not everything they offer is the real deal.
There is one person that I have to say that gave me the confident to do this procedure. My doctor coordinator Anja was the main reason I did this, she is very knowledgeable about the procedure and answer all the questions that I had and cleared all my doubts about the package they were offering me, she is very trustworthy. Anja Thank you very much for everything I will not thank you enough. I also wants to thank Mehmet he helped me with translation and answer all my questions and informed me with everything I have to do with post procedure. I highly recommend ArtMed Clinic.
