I bought the serum pack of four. My brother used two and i used all four. He broke out and will never use serum again he says. I have a dry spot and i also broke out!! We aren't pleased at all with these serums and I'm a license esthetician in two states. i want to be refunded, but by reading all these reviews i shouldn't even bother with the non response to customers you have.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Purchased a magnesium spray but the bottle was defective. I have been trying for over a month to have them remedy their failure, they take days to respond and just say thank you. Spend your money elsewhere

I bought their shilajit resin (a mineral supplement) on Amazon. It was not as advertised, arrived much later, really poor quality and to be honest, I'm not sure it was safe. Amazon wouldn't even take a return. Terrible and never again.

Bad experience with the people who own this "company". Beware!

I picked up multiple serums at target and crossed my fingers they were as good as other serums that were out of stock. I did see SOME benefits to my skin but the formula is AWFUL! I thought it was my moisturizer but I switched that and it all of their serums. They don’t move into your skin and just sit on top creating this weird layer that rolls and leaves white residue all day. People constantly think that I have dry skin peeling all over my face. Definitely recommend going with another brand.

I am disappointed at how poor their customer service has become. I ordered 91% alcohol and received hand sanitizer instead. I was told the incorrect items would be replaced, but I cannot get a hold of anyone for tracking. Their inbox is full and bounces back all emails, and now their server is down (7/23/22). Their products are actually quite good, but their customer service has eroded to the point of extreme frustration. Every order in the last couple of years has had incorrect items, and trying to correct it has been a nightmare unless I fight them. Now, I cannot communicate with them at all because I am unable to get to the form on their website. Their FB page does not yield any results either. Hopeless and futile at this point.

Do not do business with Artnaturals! I made a purchase on 1/1/22 and still have no information about when the product will be delivered 3+ weeks later. Multiple attempts at contacting customer service as well as contacting Route. No answers. I finally just disputed the charges with my credit card company. It’s a shame because I really liked their product that I first purchased at Costco. It all makes sense now why Costco stopped carrying their product…their company is a sham!

This is our second time buying from this site, not at all impressed by their customer service or lack there of. I bought some stuff during their sale almost a month ago, still haven't received the wipes. I've tried emailing, calling etc without any response whatsoever. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company, but this whole experience has made me stressed. Please take my experience as a warning to buying anything from this scam site.

I agree, fraudulent company! I ordered something and at the end of three weeks I had heard nothing about my order. When I inquired they just gave me a refund, so they say. Of course it will take 2-3 weeks to process it. It didn’t take them that long to take my money! Do not buy anything from them!!!

First 2 orders I received wrong product. Yes, I tried a 3rd time because my hair likes the product and I can’t find it in any store around me. 4 weeks now since I ordered and still nothing. I called last week and they said it must be a technical issue why my order was still processing but they’ll send me a replacement order. Still nothing. Thank goodness I found another brand to try as I will not be ordering from here again.

Appears to be a fraudulent operation as per the other reviews. I ordered a difusser but got 2 sets of oils instead and the customer service representative has failed to even acknowledge the issue, instead telling me I am welcome to keep the oils. I will update should they respond to my request to return these at cost to themselves and/or issue a refund but if the health reviews are accurate, this company needs to be criminally investigated. As said, will update soon.

ordered their product through eBay and one minute later cancel the order because it was not going to arrive in time and was shipping to the wrong address. The very next day they chose to ship the product out regardless of the cancellation and had no communication on how to return it etc. These guys are beyond horrible… Do not do business with them. It is very evident from the horrible reviews that I am not the only one with issues with them!

Here we go another internet company that has a nice looking website with good deals that doesn’t ever ship your stuff unless you complain. I needed this for work and now have to delay the job until next week. The website said 3-5 days shipping. Here we are 10 days later and nothing has even been shipped. I hope all of these business’ that clearly lie and deceive their customers and then blame COVID go out of business.

I bought 9 bottles in March of 2020. Used 7 of them constantly during covid. Now to find out it has cancer causing chemicals and the FDA wants us to dispose of it in hazardous containers! Why would you do this Art Naturals! What have you done to people???!!

I've been using art naturals products on and off for a while now and I am very happy with the quality of these products, they make my hair feel healthy and back to life which always is a good thing. Art naturals products are also very economic especially when you are on a very tight budget. The affordability is impressive

they send the order incomplete and nobody replies to my messages or emails. Still waiting for them to send the missing diffuser or refund my money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, they do not care about the customer.

They take your money and never send your order ,all you get is lies and lip service
