We had the best trip! Excellent knowledgeable guides. Attention to detail and superb service while on the rides! Recommend 100% and plan to re-book another adventure with this company!

Our guide and drivers were terrific. They were always tying to make our experience great. The riding was fun. Our guide accommodated a few extra things like a boat ride at the golden triangle, visit to the white and blue temples in Chiang Rai as well as made the cave experience perfect. The hotels for a few nights could have been a bit nicer. I would have paid more for a little nicer hotels. In addition some of the meal location choices were not the best.

Trip was excellent, our Guide Art, and driver John made it a very memorable experience. They could not do enough for you, far exceeded expectations. Thank you guys.

Too many technical issues with our e-bikes that impacted the overall experience. Thanks to our guides who consistently tried to fix problems due to old bikes.

We had excellent guides and crews. The experience of biking through Vietnam villages and countryside was superb. The guides informed us of the local history and culture as well as made sure we ate the local meals as they would eat them. The downside of the experience was the trash throughout the whole country of Vietnam. A national campaign to clean up Vietnam must be implemented. It is imperative for strong tourism. Make Vietnam beautiful!

seeing Sri Lanka on bike was amazing but the guide Chamara organised everything and made sure that we had such a memorable experience.

We had personalized attention as there was only my husband and I. The guides altered our days at our request. Our tour guides took us to sights rarely seen by tourists. That's what you can do when on a bicycle!

Doing this trip to Vietnam on by bike, we saw so much more than we otherwise would have. We went to out of the way places and really got to experience how people live. The guides were also knowledgable and accomodating. The excursions were fun and interesting. I learned so much about the country and its history. I would do a trip like this again for sure.

Our family had a fantastic adventure biking Cambodia! Our guide, Ka, shared so many unique experiences with us (picking watermelons on a farm, eating lunch on a pepper farm where we also picked mangoes and bananas, visiting with a family). We really loved the boutique hotels and farmstay and restaurants selected. We ate delicious meals! Ka really catered to our family, including the snack breaks! We are so grateful to have seen so many amazing spots in Cambodia! We loved all the back roads through wonderful villages and towns. Thank you so much! Arkun!!!!

This was our 3rd cycling vacation with Art of Bicycle Trips. They are extremely reliable and provide a great local experience if you are looking to cycle in Asia. The guides are local, the food is as authentic as it gets, the accommodations are flexible. We prefer their premier level hotels and they have arranged some great ones.

An excellent tour down the southeastern coast of Vietnam, from Hue to Nha Trang. Well done. Nice hotels. Lots of small towns and villages included on the rides. Viet was an EXCELLENT guide.

We had a private tour for 4, premium hotels biking through Vietnam and Cambodia. Hotels were excellent (loved the two Raffles); we had some food restrictions and guides were meticulous in ensuring our dietary needs were satisfied; the meals were good, and countryside beautiful. A highlight was the "homestay" in Cambodia...the family was delightful. Be sure to send your height in advance of arrival so they have the right size bike for you....the bikes were in great condition and the drivers carried sufficient equipment to make any necessary repairs along the way. This was our second trip with Art of Bicycle, and we'll return again.

We were very excited to ride for two weeks in Vietnam for my 60th birthday. Art of Bicycle Trips seems to have planned a great trip. Then this global health crisis hit and our trip was in limbo. The representative from the company , Shruti was responsive and always working to satisfy my concerns. Initially I wanted them to hold the spot and use the funds for a future trip a few months down the road but as the crisis worsened it became clear that this wasn’t virus going to be so easy to shake. I asked for the balance to be returned. She agreed and without any delay started credit process of about $5400. With other companies, returning funds could have been more of a battle. You never know what or who you are dealing with when you book remotely across oceans. Not in this case.... and that is why I am detailing this transaction. They are more interested in preserving their reputation and doing the right thing.
The sigh of a good organization is when things go sideways how do they handle themselves. These guys get an “A” 5 star grade

When I rebook , I will use them and will bring along other couples for the trip. I have no doubt they will exceed my expectations. Maybe they will apply part of my non refundable deposit to the next trip ..... who knows.

The Southern Thailand bicycle trip was an experience that I will never forget.
Woody, our guide and Mr. Sit our driver made sure that I journey was insightful and educational.
This trip is for those who want to experience the real Thailand, not just from the travel brochures.

We loved the trip! The cycling was fun and beautiful, the guides were very gracious and informative, of course the food was fabulous and our hotels were very nice. Vietnam is a very special place in our hearts as the people are so warm and friendly.

Quality of hotels good, Breakfast and lunch fine but dinners not bad in some cases, could improve in others.
Our Guide Happiness and driver mr Ing were excellent.
Disappointing we did not get the shirt that was offered when we booked, not for the shirt but the fact we were asked for sizes which we provided 6 months earlier yet they could not supply.

We had a great trip, biking from Kochi to Chennai. Our group of 3 made up of one avid young cyclist, and two elderly newbies. The avid biked ahead at twice the speed, so Ajesh, the van driver, followed/led her thru the daily course. Muthu - the guide- and the newbies followed later. Muthu helped shield the crazy Indian traffic from the newbies.

We all had a good time. We rode early into sunrises over beautiful countryside, sampled exotic fruits and local cuisine, stayed in historic mansions or local boutique hotels, smelled different Indian spices, visited old majestic temples, and took photo with many warm wishers from villages. There were not many foreign tourists back roads, so we were quite noticeable and welcome.

The traffic was just crazy and nerve-racking at times for us newbies coming from the US and riding on the right side of the road (not that it mattered), although Muthu did his best to shield us from the traffic, and re-route the route to less traveled rural roads. Experienced bikers might be more comfortable with traffic though. We would rate the trip higher otherwise.

Guide Muthu and driver Ajesh were great: friendly, helpful, professional, timely. We enjoyed their company.

Good trip, good choice in tour ( little roads without cars ) , very good guides ( queng Vietnam and at Cambodia)

Perfect guides, great hotels, we loved it.

One little recommendation : if it is possible for you to adapt the restaurants/food to the clients it would be great... we would have preferred local food and less tourist food.

Apart from that, thank you for a great trip !
