This company is absolutely diabolical. And should be shut down asap. Unfortunately ordered some clothes for my daughter for Christmas. Quality absolutely naff. Also size didn't fit. They don't except refunds. Only exchange but good luck getting that. I paid £29 to return. When tracking the order postman has have tried countless times to deliver to their company with no success. While emailing them they are useless. I think it's a 5 year on the other side. Makes no sense. Absolutely shit show of a company. DO NOT USE!

I ordered a month before Christmas and never received my order ! I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing and wasting 75$ !!!! Customer service is terrible ! This is from china no phone number ! Worse experience ever! I got robbed and scammed from this company

It is shipping from overseas so it takes awhile (20+ days) and from the reviews I read on here I panicked after I bought it and thought it was a scam because tracking never updated on “Shop” app. I even emailed customer service and they sent me what looked like generic tracking so I really thought I was being scammed, but my hoodie arrived today just in time to get wrapped for Xmas and it is good quality and what I was hoping for. This is a legit business from China.

Ordered a christmas gift for my daughter from this shop, 2 hoodies, on December 7!! It is now 2 days before christmas and my package has not arrived or even been shipped. This company is a joke. Will never order from them again.

Amazing! Took only a week considering it came from far, great communication and i LOVE the shirts!

Apparently package delivered by CNE express, but it not arrive. Impossible to track through CNE express and Art on wheels responded with a generic email to say it had not been dispatched. Wish I had read these reviews before! Do not order from them.

Do not buy from this company. They have taken my money £57.00 and not received anything apart from I got a confirmation it had been delivered 4days ago but I hadn’t ordered it then Rubbish!!!!

I ordered one white hoodie with a black car print but when I received my package after like 1/2 months I got a grey white BLEND when I ordered a white one. The material is like SHEIN or temu very bad quality. Overall I have reached out to them twice and both times they respond with them saying to send them my ordernumber but then they ghost me, I’ve been very nice and patient with them but if I have to reach out to them AGAIN with them not responding I will make sure to nobody purchasing from ArtOnWheels ever!!!!! Don’t buy from them

I have ordered a hoodie and T-shirt, they withdrawn the money 4/11-25, (11 days ago)
I haven't received any order confirmation or other emails. I have sent two emails that I haven't received a response to yet, therefore 1 star".

34 euros for a shein quality hoodie is overpriced and apperantly they do not refund. DO NOT ORDER

Ordered a t shirt...contacted support as no delivered byestimated date. Took longer to arrive than advertised. Prior to delivery they said they couldn't refund because it was already shipped, however the date of shipping was recorded as a few days later. T shirt is ok, print isn't the best quality. Will not purchase again sadly.

These shirts and hoodies look so cute, but the shipping takes long, and u get emails everyday. But once I got my package and opened it, it looked like SHEIN quality. White shirts are a bit see through, and you can easily buy this on SHEIN cheaper but I also think wirh à better quality.
The design is really nice, but VERY overpriced. Not buying again.
