Really loved the products, which were received in a timely manner and carefully packed. I personally found the online purchasing experience (website over the phone) slightly frustrating in terms of search and navigating options,
Otherwise it would have been a solid 5 stars!

Hi Sandra, we are sorry you were not satisfied with your bauble. We have not had this feedback before. By buying from us you have supported an independent artist and each item is hand printed to order. I hope this helps with understanding the price point. There are real life pictures and videos of our baubles on our social media platforms and newsletters to show our customers our products. We feel that our baubles look most beautiful when hanging on a tree. Thank you again for your feedback.

Always had ann great experience with Art Wow. The quality of the products are second to none. Thrilled with my celebrity icon plates, coasters and mugs. The colours are so vibrant!! I wish I could attach a photo to show how good the products are!
