Absolutely delighted with my purchases from As Above, I had been eyeing up a few items and decided to treat myself to a ring and my goodness - the photos on the website do not do the rings justice! My ring I received is just perfect, really skillfully made and is just beautiful.

I saw advertised on Facebook and saw the most beautiful fern necklace. Took a chance as I love ferns and forests. I was so delighted with the necklace that I bought an oak necklace and earrings in the January sale. These are also gorgeous and despite being sold as "seconds", I'm still trying to find the imperfections. They are perfect! I had to ask Vicki to check order for me as my confirmation email didn't arrive but I got such a fast and friendly response. Brilliant staff and beautiful items. Just need the fern earrings to be in the next sale, although to be honest, at full price they are still a bargain. Thank you!

I have been a fan of the alternative styles and seemingly good quality of As Above for a while, and I finally got my first piece as a Christmas gift! The misery moth hoop earrings are just gorgeous. The detail in the design is amazing and the quality is outstanding. They are light to wear and don't hurt my ears at all, which some other earrings can do. The packaging is great too. With so many designs to choose from, my first definitely won't be my last!

I discovered this company while searching for Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Made an order about a month or so back and within a day or so the order was shipped and received which I honestly thought was stellar. The branding all over the packaging and even the plastic shipping bad was a nice change to a lot of companies I've dealt with previously, it made me feel as though this is a company that actually cares about presentation and customer experience... chef's kiss.

I was panicking within a couple of weeks as something was brought up in conversation about my partners preference for rings, and I felt as though I'd made the wrong choice in ring. I emailed about a return, which was greeted with a reply and accommodation within 12 (probably closer to 6) hours.
The only, and I mean only, downside was the return request form did need to be printed and enclosed with the ring with the return, which made things a little complicated as I don't have access to a printer and to some degree it's not really environmentally friendly. That said, I have no doubt that if I did request to just fill in the form and email it back to them, or copy the request form onto a bit of paper and send that with the return there would have been no complaints or difficulties from the company.

I decided to keep the ring and give it to my partner as an early Christmas treat and she loved it! I've since made a new order for 2 rings and received it today, they even through in a freebie pair of earrings!

Absolutely amazing customer service, I felt looked after throughout the whole process. I made a mistake when ordering so I emailed with a request which was answered extremely quickly (outside normal trading hours) and my mistake was rectified enabling me to order exactly what I wanted & more, plus I was advised that by changing my order I was able to take advantage of the free necklace offer, win win. The rings & earrings (& free necklace) are beautiful, I’m extremely impressed. The details are exquisite & so intricate, it’s great to find unique & unusual designs for such reasonable prices. Also the packaging is spot on, As Above clearly care & are proud of their products & that shines out.

I've bought a few pieces from As Above and each one is beautifully crafted. I absolutely the quality and designs. I just want to order more. Delivery is fast and communication is great. I'm so glad I was recommended this site and I'm happy to recommend it to others.

Ordered my first purchase as I've been wanting to buy some rings from them for ages and finally got to buy the strange and unusual rings. Quick delivery and I absolutely love the rings, its completely perfect for what I was looking for. Looking forward to buying more products in near future.

I thought Royal Mail had made a booboo and sent my parcel on an adventure around Southern-England rather than direct to me in the West Mids, so I reached out to As Aboves customer services team for a bit of assistance.

Vicki was an absolute gem. She quickly identified that the auto-fill on the website had picked an address in London rather than where I live, and kept me posted until the parcel arrived. She was swift, polite, efficient, and everything you could ask for when requiring customer care.

Thank you ever so much - oh and as a side shout-out, the jewellery is absolutely fantastic and right up our street in terms of quality and theme. We'll 100% be ordering from them again and would recommend their craft to anyone who likes alternative/spooky/witchy vibes!

Absolutely Wonderful Jewellery. I have admired some of their designs for a while now & placed my first purchase on Friday 13th (lucky day sale!) It arrived promptly & the quality is beautiful. Very thick silver (unusual nowadays) yet the design of my wishbone ring is so delicate. I will definitely be placing another order very soon - I've seen multiple items which will make great Christmas presents.
I also love the fact that a lot of thought has gone into the presentation, making delivery feel like an exciting event. Thankyou so much & I will return very soon!

This little company is just magical 😍 I bought the wild at heart necklace, it arrived this morning and every single little detail down to the packaging is just gorgeous! I had a brief but lovely email exchange beforehand to change the size of the necklace and they were very lovely to deal with. Excellent value for money and I'm already browsing to buy again.

I made two orders from As above jewellery separately as I decided I wanted something I forgot to add to my basket a few days later.

As a result, naturally as they were two orders I paid 2 lots of shipping.

A couple of days later (as I ordered late on a Friday night, so around start of day on the following Monday) I received an email telling me I had received a refund of £4.50 and a second one from Vicki to tell me she will ship them together as she recognised they were to the same address. Most company's would have just kept the postage and either bundled together or sent out separately, but they took the care and effort to refund me and let me know what was happening.

For this reason alone I would happily shop with them again, but it does help that their products are beautiful, well made and the packaging just makes you feel like its a really luxe product/ experience with heavy witchy vibes! Love it all and would highly recommend!

My only warning (and this is on me nothing to do with them) would be to double check your ring measurements. I luckily sized up as I was planning on wearing them on my middle fingers and just went by my usual letter with out measuring, but they didn't fit that finger. Lucky for me (again my error!) They do fit between my middle and pinky haha. So yes do double check your measurements or if in doubt order one of their ring sizes in advance to avoid error or potential self inflicted pitential disappointment ;)

The jewellery is beautiful, fierce, and meaningful but the packaging elevates the pieces and makes them suitable for gifting. Thank you to the owners of As Above :)

My husband ordered me a ring that was too large. As Above accepted.the return and exchanged for the correct size within a matter of days. Fantastic, friendly service. Excellent quality goods too. I will be recomending As Ahove to anyone who'll listen!

I've never really ordered jewellery for myself other than cheap stuff from ASOS, so I was super blown away by the quality. I got the Evergreen moss agate necklace and it is unbelievably gorgeous. I'm so happy to have found as above, especially with their unique and slightly gothic vibes. Plus fast shipping and I got a free pair of earrings with my order that I've worn non-stop!! I 100% recommend. I've already ordered some more stuff.
