I never received the code
I never received the code, and you never tried to keep sending it until I'd used it, so I've paid the money which you've received and I've no code to use it, I'm very very Disappointed and would never recommend anyone to purchase this way because its a shambles and I'll never get another one this way, I'll be going elsewhere

E-gift card. Order attempted, taken full payment and delivery taken, no order generated. Customer service rubbish, can only assure me that all money will be refunded within 3 - 5 working days - guess we will eat fresh air until then - not deserving of even 1 star.

Yet my gift was never delivered to my recipients email to redeem my gift card
My recipient still has not received my gift. It was last Friday night I purchased it.
The money has been paid to Asda stores for my purchase … yet zero service

It wasn't me who made the purchase but a scammer calling himself Philip S purporting t b from Mi roaoft. I reported the incident and other purchases to the bank inc some phone nos he left with me. I have also taken all my internet connectrd gear yo Currys and had it checked.

Very easy to get either an online gift card or add a physical card and top up.
If saving for Christmas then it very easy to top up weekly or monthly amount.
