I did not get at all what was described. They do not send a receipt by email and the email they list with PayPal is bogus. After filing a claim and many communications through PayPal they offered half what I paid. If I returned it they would not refund my money for a month at which time I would have no recourse with PayPal. I took the offer and will never buy from them again. PayPal was great and I was able to communicate through them. Buyer beware!!!!

I experienced the same as other reviews with this scam company.
However, From start to finish I screenshot every correspondence inc the actual items I bought (they sent me something else I have no idea what its for) and I have just won my case against them with paypal and have been refunded.
A lesson learnt for me but paypal are onto them now, please do your research on companies before you buy from them and take screenshot of everything save emails and do not put up with their crap

Auch ich habe schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Händler gemacht. Angebot lautete 2 Minidrucker kaufen (55.60$) und 3 gratis erhalten. Tatsächlich kamen 10 Röllchen Thermopapier, jedoch kein Drucker = wertlos! Firma behauptet, dass ich nur Papier bestellt hätte. Angebot der Rücksendung und Erstattung ist zwar erfolgt, würde mich aber 20 € kosten.
Die Käuferschutzanfrage bei paypal läuft noch, bin mal gespannt.
Leider lesen die meisten Käufer die ausschliesslich negativen Bewertungen hier zu spät: Das Geld ist weg und der Schrott liegt rum.
Ergänzung: Paypal hat den Fall zu meinen Gunsten entschieden und ich habe das bezahlte Geld voll erstattet bekommen.

Avoid as others suggest. They sent an incomplete order making it useless. What is advertised isn’t what you get. So they then offer a pathetic refund less than half what you paid or say you must post back the incomplete item at your expense (20USD estimated as is to China). Basically you are stuck. They’ve done this more than once

Ordered and never recieved, as others have said PayPal took their side and not got refunded. Do not buy

Mini printers i ordered for my daughter for Xmas 3 mini rolls of paper i have sent multiple evidence including the small grey bag and items that just fit in it, was told by PayPal to report this crime i have and they have refuted my case, claiming they sent proof of postage!
I am furious this is more than a refund now its the principle that people can get away with fraud and take people's hard earned cash when were in a pandemic and funds are low its not acceptable 🤬

Wish I could give this company no stars. They take your money and leave you without goods, oh and don’t think you’ll be covered by PayPal, PayPal support them. Read the reviews on PayPal’s own forum. Scammers!!!

Don`t buy from them, they send you something different (worthless). The Support Does not help you, I`ts clearly a Fake company. I would give less than a star if i could

I wish i didn't have to give this company any stars because they are scammers, do not buy from them. They sent us a cheaper item than what we ordered then we were unable to contact them so went through Paypal to dispute it. Paypal went in the sellers favour because apparently we did not supply the tracking details when we posted the item back to them. After almost 3 weeks of continuous messages back and forth to paypal i give up, they are questioning whether we sent the item back when you can clearly see when tracking the item that it is being held in China and has not been picked up by the seller. Paypal want us to get a consignment letter as proof of postage, i have sent them screen shots of postage receipt, tracking details and other documents from Australia Post clearly showing that the item was posted and now Paypal want us to go to our bank to recover the funds! What a joke this company and Paypal are!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from these con artists. Recurring theme. Don't send what you ordered. Swear blind that you are wrong in your interpretation of the advert then offer a couple of quid for yoy to go away.

Scam they did not send what I ordered and now paypal is sucking too as they are making me return it to China at my expense.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Think they should be done for fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. After a number of email they still say it’s what I ordered. Which is not true. Lesson learned always look up company reviews before buying from them. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

There really should me a minus star on this because they also don't deserve one star. People DO NOT ORDER from this "company" if you want to give away your hard earned money message me & I will gladly take it without pretending your going to get something in return.....u have been warned

No Stars! Rip of con artists! And PayPal should hang their heads too as they don’t help to get your money back just tell you to post it back to China which you can’t as the postage is dearer than the item you bought. Beware people! Don’t order from this company.

I have similar cause for complaint about these ars****es. Having read the reviews why hasnt paypal or Facebook done something about them.
Ordered holographic christmas and Halloween projector which had 50% discount. Paid extra for delivery 5 - 7 days. What arrived after 10 days for a folded bit of material, I suppose a screen!
I contacted the company and was apologised to. Then a further e mail to say that is what ordered. Offered me $5.99 refund and said I could keep it or could return it at a cost of $20.
I know damn well.what I ordered.
Were trading under the name Discossy but payment went to aser.co.
Funnily enough the advert has disappeared!
Now in dispute with them via paypal.
Never again will i buy anything from a facebook page.

This company is a joke you do not get your order and refuse to pay your Paypal back do not order from this company

Avoid at all cost. Product you get isn’t the one you think you ordered. They offer you silly amounts of refund then when you refuse they give you a return address. I returned the item and they did not ever take delivery of it. Thankfully PayPal refunded money and also paid the return postage.

This company is a sham, send you a wrong defective product, So when you complain to PayPal they say that the will give you a refund when you return the wrong item back to them at your cost to china.before buying thru Facebook and make sure they are not the ones selling the product you want. They have different company names but money goes to aser

As ALL the reviews state, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are fraudsters, you buy, they send you the wrong/broken item and then will not return your money, citing you must return the item first, all the way to China, and incur the costs. Paypal hopefully now resolving BUT will see. They should be removed from Paypals client list, nothing but far eastern fraud. Company is shown as Investment Company in London but must surely be different.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered some Christmas candles and some of them arrived broken, and they WERE not what I ordered! The people tried to offer me a small token of what I paid for the items which was totally unacceptable! They should be offering full refund and return the product at THEIR cost! I purchased from a link with a different name so I had no idea it was Aser, so I couldn't see any reviews........
