Steve did a fantastic job in my house with an Ethernet & Wifi installation.
He fitted the ethernet face plates, wired my cabin in the back of my garden, connected all the cables onto a switch and installed WIFI access points.

Steve Armstrong first installed our Sky Dish and whole house TV and FM /DAB radio aerial System when we first moved into our new-build property in Epsom back in JUNE 2017, when Sky themselves refused to carry out the installation on "Health & Safety" Grounds. However Steve simply got up in the loft and on the roof and simply got the job done!

Some 8 years later, we wanted the old SKY HD box removed, having since ceased our subscription, and had some poor signal issues needing to be resolved.

Once again, Steve came our promptly and just sorted it, with no fuss and at a reasonable price.

So, once again, I would highly recommend Smart Av & Security Group Ltd for all your Aerial, TV and Security Installation needs, and Steve Armstrong in particular.

Polite, prompt and professional. Thankyou Steve for a great all round service installing a new freeview aerial and Humax box from start to finish. Very neat job too with no dangling lines or plastic left. Steve also repositioned three slipped rooftops for us whilst up there. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart AV.

Advised us on the best option to receive Freesat having decided to get rid of Sky. Kept us up to date with emails when the work would be done. Changed the LNB on our satellite dish and more importantly helped set up the new Freesat box. Highly recommended.

Great service - even with the little jobs

Appreciate that our request was at the low end of complexity (recently installed Ethernet lines providing not to be working), however, Steve was fantastically responsive over email, was able to schedule the work within days and was chatty and informational whilst he [very quickly] diagnosed and resolved our issue
