I returned a bike box in August 2022 for a refund and have heard nothing since. Despite several emails and messages to their customer service or CEO . I would not recommend this company or trust them.

My recently purchased Elan bike bag
At first looked perfect. It held necessary gear perfectly however, after 1 ride the bag started to wear significantly where it was against seat post….this should have been considered with a stronger supportive fabric or material to avoid this.
I’ve put a small amount of ductape to avoid further wear…which it most definitely will.
My seat post is by Most on my Pinarello Dogma F10……If that issue could be rectified…the bag would be “ PERFECT”…….

great service. the bag was shipped and delivered promptly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the TSA lock included was defective and I still haven't gotten a return call about it after leaving 3 messages.

This is the second time I've order scicon mounts from ASG, and they're consistently quick to ship! My item came sooner than I expected.

fast service great bags. but not all the parts came with the bag, nor, are there discounts for purchasing multiples or, supporting juniors traveling to compete in europe or nationals… one would hope that between pro teams and masters, we could all support the future of cycling (competitive juniors) better.

Bought for a tube and maybe a few other items. It is big enough for a 29'r tube only. That's with a little effort to get it zipped
