I've tried emailing them several times on info@ashleypiercingjewelry dot com and the email just keeps failing to deliver no matter to the contents on the email body, and Gmail keeps claiming there is a virus in the email. I cannot contact the at all.

Update: while they took a while, they did reply back and help me, so i am rectifying my review. At least I am now sure they are legit. Their response was appreciated. Their email doesn't work, they have to be contacted through a chat box on their site.

Update: arrived in good condition. I thought this was an Western brand (France I think) however all the information for shipping is from China. Had to pay an extra customs fee that was not included in the shipping charge.

Order made on march 6, received on March 17.

I ordered from them 2 times. I have very sensitive ears and only implant-grade titanium works for me.
The piercings are very good quality, the gems are shiny and I have really no complaints. (Coming from someone with a lot of piercings and a lot of sensitivities to metals.)
On my second order a piercing arrived with one gem fallen out and I immediately sent them a picture and asked what we could do about it.
I didn’t hear back for two days and asked the chat bot on their website. I got an answer back an hour later with an apology and a tracker where it said that my replacement had been processed an hour after i first sent my e-mail.
They were fast, very polite and the quality is good. I‘d buy again. 100%.
