It seems it was delayed due to issues with international shipping via Royal Mail due to a cyber attack but we didn't receive any notification of the issue. Great first experience
Found Ashton and Barrow online, made an email enquiry to them to see if they did a particular picture I was after. They offered to print it for me as they didnt have it on their website and, after putting the order in and receiving discount for first order after subscribing, the picture was with me 4 days later. The outside box did have a long tear (12"+), but because of the way the picture was wonderfully protected/packaged by being boxed inside a second box, it was completely undamaged. A great first experience of this company. Would recommend and use again.

Poor product. Still awaiting label to return product
Ordered a bath mat early December, and when it arrived it seemed to be a bit dusty, perhaps from the warehouse. It was washable so I thought no problem. However the colours ran even though I washed it on low. I emailed about this for a refund and was told that a return label would be sent on the 8th of December and it still hasn’t been received. Overall poor customer service and poor product. Wouldn’t bother ordering again
