We have been renting as tenants with Ashton Reeves for over four years and have always found them to be very reliable, friendly and willing to help in any situation. Once the Covid19 situation came about therefore we were even further impressed at their handling of our affairs during this time. Without requesting on our part, our landlord had offered to half our rent for four months which AR kindly advised him through in terms of legalities and what best to do. We also had some work needed to be carried out during lockdown, which was handled professionally and clearly so everything was done as safe as possible. Whatsmore we even were able to renew our rental contract during this time with docusign and easy communication from the estate agents as always. I would highly recommend AR during this time and beyond for the best service and quality handling.

A friendly and personable service; always on hand to resolve any issues and respond quickly to tenants as part of the full management service. Responds quickly to emails and keeps me up to date on a regular basis.

Ashton Reeves always at the other end to help, Even during this difficult time. Staff are so polite and helpful. Thank you to you all, stay safe and keep up your amazing customer service.

Ashton Reeves have been nothing but helpful in the year I’ve been dealing with them, nothing is too much trouble. Since the pandemic began they’ve always been at the end of the phone. I’ve not had any issues getting in touch with anyone and I even conducted a virtual inspection for them. Highly recommend!

As a buyer with a very slow solicitor and many obstacles in the way, I had a really good experience with these agents. Ryan always replied to my emails and calls very promptly, (even on his days off) and chased both sets of solicitors until the completion was achieved. If I was ever to sell my property, I would contact them for sure.
