Absolutely disappointed
Absolutely disappointed by this shopping site. I placed an order from this site due to its promise of speedy delivery, given that I only had two weeks left before my holidays and needed the products to be delivered in time for my trip. After placing my order, I patiently waited for a week for confirmation. When I reached out to them, they informed me that the delay was due to the sale of items they didn't actually have in stock. I received a "delivered" notification on my third day of vacation. On delivery day, no one contacted me, and I couldn't change anywhere because I wouldn't be at home that day. When I returned from my holidays, my parcel was nowhere to be found, and I didn't find any letter instructing me where to collect it, so I'm uncertain if it was delivered or simply stolen. I'm upset and disappointed. The worst experience ever. I find it unbelievable that they sell items they don't have in stock and use delivery companies that don't contact the customer to ensure the parcel is delivered safely.
