I recently had need of some immigration / visa advice and was informed that Ashford Solicitors are a reputable company.
I contacted them, gave a brief outline of my enquiry and was advised I would get a call back that day before 5pm.

I appreciate they were very busy and the call back was later than advised but they still got back to me that day .

I spoke to Masoud who was friendly polite and professional. He gave me his advice on the phone and then followed it up with a message out lining what we had discussed the following day.

I believe they handled my enquiry in a friendly professional timely manner .
