HUGE SCAM!! Run away from this agency!! I should have read the negative reviews and paid attention to the details on them before hiring this agency because I totally agree with everything one of the ladies on the negative review said. You just watch, Tamara the owner will be leaving a long response because she's very confrontational and unprofessional. Obviously their "positive reviews" are from Tamara's family, friends and employees because if every single customer was satisfied then why don't they have video testimonials of each one of them?? Hmm🤔 I had a bad gut feeling about them when Kelsey their sales rep was super pushy trying to sign me up. She literally texted and called me EVERY SINGLE DAY for months until one day I told her to stop and I would let her know when I was ready, until Tamara the owner, hopped on a call without even any previous notice that she would be on it to convince me and close the deal... they succeeded. These people WILL RIP YOU OFF with absolutely NO remorse like they ripped me off!! First, let’s start by saying their retainer fee is US$5,500 for the first month and they promise you you’ll get your ROI the first month because they would take care of the "low hanging fruits" and tweak your ads so you make money in the meantime while they launch "the ads", well, MAJOR LIE!! Then they charged me again the 2nd month $5,000 and THEY HADN'T EVEN LAUNCHED ANY ADS!!😱 VERY QUICK TO CHARGE YOU!! After a long wait, about 5-6 weeks later, then they "launched the ads", with absolutely no new creatives, like, what was the whole point on hiring them? I was better off using an AI ads platform like "preflect ads" which I've used. Then they're supposed to take care of your email marketing and their emails were no different and better than what I was already doing by myself, so again, what's the point on hiring them? I had no results beyond 2.0 ROAS at all! Before they charged me the 3rd month I let them know I wasn't happy and I wanted my money back because I was very upset with their performance which there had been none and they refused to issue a refund and gave me the run around saying they worked on my account, blah blah blah, well, doesn't matter how hard you work on anything in this life if you don't show results! They don't want you to even look at your ads manager, but I had a strong feeling something was up because I was getting almost no sales... well, sure enough, I looked at my facebook ads manager, google ads manager and shopify users and to my surprise ALL OF MY ADS WERE SHUT OFF AND THEY HADN'T LOGGED INTO MY SHOPIFY FOR WEEKS!!😱 So obviously I got very upset, filed a police report and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I contacted Tamara directly and told her I'd do a press release letting the world know of her scam and she said I didn't need to threat because she was ready to issue a refund if I signed a release that I wouldn't post my review or say anything publicly in 3 different emails, then she has the guts to send me one last email saying she wasn't going to issue the refund and I had to talk directly to her attorney😱 WOW! like if I did any business with her attorney! When they were ready to rip me off, WHERE WAS THIS ATTORNEY? These people are incompetent, unprofessional and have no clue about Facebook ads, google ads and email marketing and on top confrontational!! I literally waisted thousands of dollars more on ads and I could have done better working by myself directly with facebook (yes you can get invited by Facebook to work with one of their experts directly and trust me you'll do a lot better and don't have to waste money on any agency which is what I'm doing now). AGAIN, RUN AWAY FROM THEM, THIS WOMAN TAMARA ASHWORTH IS RUTHLESS!! Wish I could add screenshots of all of my statements!

I knew you'd come on here after my honest review and give your spiel lol! I wish I had come to Trust Pilot and read Darren Pace's review before hiring your agency because what she described is exactly what happened to me with you. It's SO LOW of you to try to put me down saying I've had issues so you can look better. I've already had a few people contacting me on social media asking me about your agency and of course i told them THE SCAM you are and if you don't believe me I'll gladly email you the screenshots! What a coincidence that you promoted on your website's homepage that you had a 5.0 on Trust Pilot and after my review was verified by them, it is no longer on your website? You even had the courage to tell Trust Pilot that you didn't do any business with me and I had to provide them with my credit card receipts. I've been a hard working business owner for 13 years and after you ripping me off with $10,500 I had to bring to light to YOUR POTENTIAL VICTIMS what you're about and hopefully they hire a real agency for fraction of the price! I can refer one!

We've been in business for almost ten years, and have experienced moderate growth doing everything ourselves, but things just weren't "clicking". Colle has been amazing with checking in every week, keeping me updated, making sure that all ads and emails are approved by us before running everything. It's been a complete game changer for our business, I honestly cannot recommend them enough. If you're thinking about it - DO IT - the biggest obstacle you'll have to overcome is making sure you have enough time and manpower to field all of the orders that start rolling in!!

We just launched ads last week so I'm excited to see how this is going to play out. I have been in contact with Ashworth since January of 2023. They have been very thorough and have answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Kara has been great to work with as well. They went from launching my new Shopify store to Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads. I have also been taking the training course to get full knowledge of how it all works. So far I have been very pleased with everything they have done.

We signed up with Ashworth just under 2 months ago, and so far have been impressed with their:

Our results have been much stronger since allowing them to pull us from Wordpress to Shopify (as well as a host of other software changes).

Little mistakes here and there, but that's just part of life and I don't hold it against them. Running a truly excellent company is VERY HARD, and Ashworth is the real deal and is making things happen for us. This is especially important when you consider that most "internet marketers" are absolutely clueless hacks.
