Booked the connection service at Changi for my 75 years old parents. They are delighted by everything and speak very highly about the man (did not get his name) who welcomed them, assisted them with everything they need during the 6 hour transit time and helped them board their next flight. Just amazing! Thank you so much!!

We had a tight connection flying in from Uk on BA and had to clear immigration and collect bags before changing terminal to check in with Singapore Airlines . Gigi from Asia Fast track was absolutely brilliant in the way we just quickly sailed through all the way through to check in and boarding at the gate . Would strongly recommend this company who also had excellent communication throughout the booking process

What a great experience. Very well worth it. Judith met us as promised and whisked us through passport control and checking for a connecting flight. Our first flight was delayed so it was very tight and stressful. Judith made it simple and we were comfortably at our gate with plenty of time!

Already booked a few times. Super smooth! No hiccups and easy to find. We had very kind people for our transit service in JNB. (so arrival + departure with picking up bagage and check-in again.) Also most of the times, more cheaper than other services that offer VIP Meet & Assist.

I booked with this company for my outbound flight, and the experience was excellent. The staff were professional, efficient, and very kind. I have used Asia Fast Track VIP Airport Meet And Greet assist several times this past year, for my daughter, who is a minor traveling locally and internationally. The last date being 8/8/25.

I have found the booking process, efficient and uncomplicated.

The booking team and on the ground support team are all friendly, very professional and not robotic, which is what I have found with other Meet and Greet services. They are responsive, and the team are quick on their feet to find solutions in case of any complication. On my daughter‘s last trip the airline changed her baggage handling and without being prompted the Asia Fast Track ground staff member managed the situation swiftly and very professionally.

The Asia Fast Track team and their services have become a staple in our travel planning management I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had no experience. I missed my connection in Dubai, because my emirates flight was 3 hours late. I send message that I will arrive about 10 hours later with the next flight. At arrival was nobody and I got a message that i lost what i paid.

I was nervous about arriving in a country where I don't speak the language after 20 hours of travel, at one of the world's busiest airports, but they made everything easy. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and effective everything was. Thank you!

Efficient service

I arranged two VIP services with Asia Fast Track for my client this year in March and April. Both services were fabulous. The representative actually brought something to my attention that the client would not be able to check in right away for his international flight after getting off the domestic one and assisted my client in securing a hotel room for a couple of hours.

The experience I had exceeded my expectations.
First, the greeter was there waiting for us when we got off the plane at the Haneda airport in Tokyo. I don't know how long it would have taken us to navigate our way through the mass of people at border control and immigration if we were on our own, but she led us through the crowds and through the process very quickly.
Next, we had to collect our bags and recheck them with ANA for our next flight. The ANA representative spoke almost no English and was confused about our tickets. Our greeter was able to get everything straightened out and we were quickly on our way to the next terminal where we had time to relax before our next flight. She led us to the gate for that flight.
We were fine on our own at that point and said goodbye to the greeter, but she actually came back before the flight was due to take off to make sure there were no delays or problems. Amazing.

As a travel agent, I had to organise a meet and greet for an unaccompagnied minor. Everything worked very vell, the client and his parents were superhappy. Thanks so much to Brian for the assistance and the effort. I can recommend Asia Fast Track.

I’ve used services in past many times as I travel frequently in Asia. Asia Fast Track is by far the worst and absolutely flunks when it comes to customer service. Now as I try to confirm to see if they still have my second flight booked, I have sent no less than ten emails with not one response. I won’t go into details of issue here to save you the time, but I would pay twice as much next time and use another company. No service. No refund. Now no response on my next flight. No customer service. (If it were not so, I would not be spending my time writing this review.)

I found them online and they offer by far the most airports covered and full service description. So I booked the service for my boss for his travel. My boss is a fussy person and he loved it! My boss says he doesn't have to think about the hassle that goes in at the airports anymore. Payment was also easy, they use Stripe which was good. Thank you Fast Track, sit tight, more bookings to come!

I use the service in Bangkok at Bangkok airport I was having a two day stopover in Bangkok and the airport was super busy I was met off the plane and transported all the way to immigration using a very fast buggy that zoomed me through the airport and then I was fast-tracked through immigration and that the other side there was met by this wonderful lady Greeted who even collected my luggage for me helped me get a SIM card and transported me and my luggage directly to my driver who was waiting for me and off I went. I will definitely use this service again it is 10 out of 10. Thankyouso much for this fab service that made me feel super important!
