Deceptive billing – charged €74.29 without warning, support ignored me

Note that this review is not about the content of the app, but the experience with the process and subscription

I signed up for a "7-Day Plan" for €5.79. I believed it was a one-time purchase. After 7 days, I was charged €74.29 for an 8-week renewal.
Here's why this feels like a scam:
- The plan was labeled as a "7-Day Plan," not a trial, which is misleading.
- The renewal notice was hidden in a tiny paragraph at the bottom of the confirmation email, not prominently displayed.
- The subscription NEVER appeared in my Apple Subscriptions, I've checked before just to be sure it wasn't a hidden subscription. As there was nothing, I couldn't cancel through Apple.
- The app doesnt show my subscription. I had to go to the web page to check what was my current plan and be able to cancel it (which I did after the unexpected charge). This made even harder to realise I had an ongoing plan to be renewed.
- I contacted them within minutes (really, 10min) of the charge to cancel and request a refund. They replied once, saying the charge was "final" and they could do nothing.
- I replied to their message refuting their arguments and opened a new support ticket. Neither my reply nor the new ticket was ever answered. They completely ignored me.
Yes, I should have read the fine print. But this company deliberately makes it hard to understand what you're signing up for, refuses to engage in good faith, and then ignores customers who try to resolve issues.
I'm hoping to be able to get some answer from them and avoid having to dispute the charge with my bank and report them to consumer protection authorities.
Avoid this app unless you want an unexpected €74 charge and zero customer support.

This app lures u in by a nice price (around 13 euro's) for a 4 week try out. But in the small lettering at the very end of your conformation email it says that its an autmatic subscription for a longer period eventough the initial purchase says 4 week plan. So after the 4 weeks an automatic incasso was made of of my bank acount FOR 40 EUROS. This is insane and clearly a way to trick people out of their money. AGAIN DO NOT BUY.

Tried to cancel. Didn’t work. I changed my card and canceled the old one, didn’t work. Still took my money. Today I managed to unsubscribe, but I can’t get any money back. Shitty company.
