A truly abysmal company

Miele let us down badly by sub-contracting to this useless company to deliver and install a washing machine.

They came equipped with a trolley that was so beaten up it had jagged metal holes at the back from years of being bashed. Inevitably, the poorly trained individuals they sent to do the work gouged big chunks out of our door threshold with this damaged trolley when they brought the machine in. They left with the washing machine transit bars and also a screwdriver they had borrowed from us, as ArrowXL had not equipped them with one.

The process for getting the threshold repaired has been extremely painful. ArrowXL accepted responsibility but set a whole load of tiresome requirements about quotes to repair and a ridiculously short timescale in which to get quotes. I missed their (not legally valid) deadline for the quotes and, in spite of admitting responsibility, they have now passed me back to Miele. Unfortunately, Miele customer services are equally useless, so now I'm bouncing around between two hopeless companies neither of which have any regard for their customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Waited all day for the delivery that would arrive between 16:00-19:00 ( the times kept changing all day). Driver gets one stop away.. then at 16:11 I get a notification that delivery is unsuccessful due to “nobody being home”… 4 people in the property..

So I head over to the “live chat” to be sat there for a hour to no response and the chat then saying “offline” at 18:12.. the website states 8am- 8pm on the webchat.

I will be ringing them come Monday morning!

Absolute disgrace.

What a complete joke of a company in…

What a complete joke of a company in this day and age.

I took the day off work to accept a delivery. A delivery which was already a week late. The delivery due 1:15-3:15 was late, this meant I had to source emergency childcare to ensure I was still home for delivery. I tracked them on the map and they were in my tiny town AND I was the next stop only for them to cancel. Their website suggests a quick response via their chat service, well over an hour and still no response. I then tried to email them via their website only for that to bounce. So I have tried to contact them via Facebook as suggested on their website only to find they are not accepting messages as they are not monitored. What a complete joke of a business.

Shocking service

After 4 attempts finally delivered 3 previous attempts cancelled on day of delivery one of which was 1 hour away
Also chat online waste of time not surprised you can’t talk to someone with the amount of bad reviews they would never be off the line ! Can’t fault the delivery guys when it finally arrived suggest Costco use some other company as it letting Costco down !!

Appalling delivery service

Appalling delivery service. Arrived an hour before the actual delivery slot. Think they were on a mission to get finished. Dumped a 2 seater sofa & 3 seater sofa on the doorstep...looked at door & said won't fit & left! Fortunately a neighbour came to our rescue.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I had a delivery booked two weeks ago and because of road works I was a few mins late and the driver just left eventhough they called and I let them know I was close by. Booked another delivery and asked if they could contact me an hour prior to delivery and the rude customer service person on WhatsApp (that messages back every hour) told me that they won't be calling me earlier and I should sit at the property for 2 hours in hopes that they are going to be there in that time. Why are manufacturers using this company? They should be closed down

Completely disappointing with a courier…

Completely disappointing with a courier service. We had a delivery slot between 5:30 pm-7:30pm. They turned up at 9 pm without explanation why they are deleted. We paid for disconnecting old and connecting a new washing machine. They took old one and just run away without connecting new one. Do not recommend them at all and we definitely will apply for a refund regarding connecting the new washing machine as that was what we have paid for !

Disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting company, came to deliver today item wasn’t on the van, the item has been booked for delivery for a few weeks especially for today as we have no washing machine in our new home we have purchased. Delivery driver said he would go back to the depot to collect and re deliver by 9pm this evening we then receive a text message to advise the earliest they can deliver is now SATURDAY! absolute cowboys.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. Failed to deliver twice now, text said item on van, then out for delivery, then cancelled due to a problem in the warehouse. What a joke! Agent (call themselves Customer service!) said the van was too heavy so had to remove my item. So it wasn't out for delivery at all. Why not tell the truth?
Wish I could leave a minus score, they don't deserve even 1 star

Delivery company so bad makes parcel force look like experts in compassion

Received text message from them saying to book date for delivery so do,then receive multiple text messages and few days later saying to book a date. Delivery day arrives no delivery no communication then later a text saying I hadn't booked a date despite the tracking on their own website showing the date booked. I tried to contact them and all they do is bounce you back to the tracking page with no response

Awful communication and although received text messages and emails saying they would deliver the Lorry turned up but my delivery was not on lorry. Customer service very difficult to contact with long online wait for response and then they cant help you anyway...joke of a company and hope i never have to deal with them again. To make it even worse after waiting patiently for re-delivery I cancelled the order from Sony and to current date i have waited 3 weeks so for my refund of £1K for the tv i never received. Apparently Arrow XL have lost my tv so have not returned it to the Sony Warehouse ? This is making a refund to me of something that was never delivered to me difficult through no fault of my own

Pointless Excuse of An Outfit

Pointless
Cancelled delivery at the 11th hour.
Excuse we don't have availability and will send you a text the following day to rebook.

Why not send the rebooking request at the same time unless of course you have no intention to delivery within a reasonable time frame.

Also don't take on orders that you cannot fulfill!

Also if I cancelled or was not there I have to pay a charge...
Will you pay for my loss of earning as I had to take time off work to be at home for the delivery! I can't simply arrange work for the following day when you cancel at 7.05pm.

Overall a useless outfit.
I will be escalating the matter to the retailer and cancelling my order.
The retailer should also really look elsewhere to complete their deliveries.

Your ArrowXL Order: 39533958 I have entered my delivery no. As I'm hoping the delivery guys get recognized
The guys were helpful pleasant.
Unboxed my tumble dryer, sat it in the corner where i need it, noticed it was wobbly adjusted the feet, switch it on then off to check every thing is ok removed all the cardboard.
Over the years I've had large items delivered, and felt like they were doing me a favour by bringing the item in my home.
I hope this is read and they are recognized for have a pleasant helpful attitude. Thank you both so much,

Terrible and incompetent service.

Terrible and incompetent service. Wouldn't move freezer to first floor and wouldn't remove the old one because 'it wasn't possible'? How did the old one get there, teleportation?!

Didn't leave my new freezer in the entrance hall, just took it away. Can't get hold of them on the phone, they don't respond to text, webchat or whatsapp. My items are held ransom and no one responds.

Truly, truly awful. If a company you order from uses this logistics company, do not buy the item.

1.11.25 Update. They failed to deliver again, no note, no message, nothing, just waiting around. They seem to find it genuinely funny and relish upsetting customers.

Never again

If it would allow, a minus 5 I'd put that....

1 st delivery attempt last Wednesday all went Pete Tong as I couldn't see in the small print (can't find it yet) that washing machines old ones needed to be disconnected! Okay so called a friend who was to be 10 mins, they wouldn't wait and left saying online I refused delivery! (Delivery drivers were not very friendly, at all they should be taught some customer service manners.) Not true, so, many calls later to them and Very it was rescheduled for the Saturday.

2nd attempt - no contact beforehand so was uneasy, called them to be told it was not on a lorry actually and it would need rescheduled to Tuesday, today. Online the customer (me) was noted as requesting new date, again not true!!

3rd attempt- again no pre communication so I called, again not out for delivery actually again!! Called them and Very ....

Last chance - meant to be on priority next day delivery,,,, so if not here tomorrow will cancel whole order.

Never want anything delivered from ArrowXL ever again... wish I had read all these less than favourable reviews first before ordering from Very... had 2 trips to laundrette now and a week of extra stress could of done without tbh...

Update, was called to be told by ArrowXL that next day priority delivery couldn't actually be added, so Thursday would be delivery date....

Yes you guessed it, I said no don't bother yourselves cancelled with Very also...

Now at Curry's, excellent service and new machine on way for Thursday but at least service better... we hope, fingers crossed.
