They ordered my prescription, despite asking them at least 10 times not to, on the 15th Jan, it is now the 6th of March and they still haven't supplied it. Left me without medication for a life threatening condition for 10 days with no explanation or apology and had to ask my GP to reissue a script for another pharmacy,
As one other reviewer stated, they used to dump the presciption outside the door without knocking and once I found it had been outside overnight in the rain.
They used to be so efficient.

Medication thrown over gate into garden, or not delivered at all, 57 attempts to contact them by phone, no answer each time, email sent, blamed no supply on royal mail strike (royal mail strike hasn't happened yet) two further days where delivery was promised but didn't arrive. It's not poor service it's no service.

Done a PCR COVID test. Got the results in 30 hours after the test which is very fast.
Friendly and responsible staff.
