On looking for a better investment than…
On looking for a better investment than money sat in bank, I come across Aspen Woolf’s opportunity in Leeds. So glad I did. Ruzel has been an absolute pleasure to work with, patient with my first timer questions, thorough and kept me in the loop at all stages.
Thanks also to Anisha and Georgina, who provided regular check ins to make sure I understood the documentation and what the next steps would be. Pretty much a stress free process, even the recommended solicitors were no nonsense and managed completion within 4 weeks.
Looking forward to the development and handover, and a visit and drink on the top floor!

Leeds Sky Gardens Purchase
Jim, Anisha and Georgina were great to deal with. Knowledgeable and helped re-explain as it was my first time using AW. They liaised with the solicitors quickly and efficiently at the first stage. At first I was a little unsure with…
At first I was a little unsure with purchasing off plan. After all it seems like you are buying a promise!! We exchanged last week on 2 apartments in Leeds and are very pleased. It’s only with the help and support from Aspen Wolfe that made this happen, especially Ruzel who has been solid, honest and very understanding (as well as patient with me!). His colleague Anisha helped cover all aspects of the admin process dealing with our solicitors (who they recommended). Have to say thank you for making it a less stressful experience and one I would do again. Looking forward to seeing Sky Gardens going up! Garden party on the 30th floor.

Great advice & help
Razwana was excellent, extremely helpful from start to finish with a friendly approach and provided me with an excellent service. The team at Aspen wolf are very professional, competent and gave me a valuable advice on the property which I had purchased. They've been very patient with all my questions concerning the purchase and have helped me each step of the way. First time off plan purchase
This was my first time buying a property off plan and it feels like a brave decision! Jake was very thorough and informative without being pushy. He spent as much time as was needed answering questions. He remined in regular contact throughout the process, to exchange developing a good working relationship. I have no doubt that will continue over the next 2 years to completion. An excellent service and here's to building work starting!

Really happy with the service provided by Jenson and Anisha who was very Polite and Professional. Initially Jenson has walked me through the options and advised the best on investment and later Anisha was introduced where she was liaised with solicitors and made sure all the documentation was signed and completed correctly. Both Jenson and Anisha stayed in contact with me throughout the process, it was a pleasure to have them both assist me through the buying process and finally onto exchange.
