Investment purchase
I initially contacted them for investment purchase. Overall their communication has been good but halfway through the initial contact person left and not through their fault there was a delay from the sellers in terms of info requested
In the end we managed to close the dela and exchange but not in our initial expected time frame

Great Aspen Woolf Experience…
We just recently exchanged on our second investment property with Aspen Woolf.
Its always a pleasure dealing with these guys, always professional and exceeding expectations.
Big thanks to Georgina from the progressions team, always on hand to help and very efficient.
My last special mention is to our consultant Ruzel. He has been assisting me, my family also friends all who are investors for last 3 years now. He makes purchasing properties seamless. I had the pleasure of meeting him recently when he drove to Bracknell to show me and my family around the property we had purchased. Quite the gentleman he is, even drove us back to London.
Ruzel is very knowledgeable and has years of experience and I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking investment property in the UK.
Thank you again to everyone at Aspen Woolf, hopefully we will be back again.

Excellent Personal Service
Sol was very attentive and always responded and dealt with my requirements with respect and professionalism. Nothing was too much to deal with. The deal was structured around what suited my requirements and changed frequently but it was always dealt with to accommodate my requirements.
Worked late and communicated when it suited my timetable. Often spoke after 8pm.

Nightmare company sending spam
Nightmare company sending unsolicited spam. They obviously bulk buy email addresses as I've never signed up to receive their spam. BEWARE.
Aspenwoolf have said they comply to GDPR however I had 4 x e-mails from Katerina at aspenwoolf.co.uk to which I never subscribed too and tried unsubscribing to them but they still kept coming through.

Great experience just back and forth!
Although the experience was generally, we had a bit of trouble with the required documents because the list kept changing. Despite my efforts to provide everything needed, it seemed like we had to go back and forth multiple times.
However, all of you were incredibly helpful and responsive in terms of communication.

Has been superb, from the first contact, when we just made a tentative enquiry following a viewing in Edinburgh. Raz took the time to understand what we were looking for and presented several options.
Negotiation was more of a conversation and we soon arrived at a investment proposal. Raz kept in contact , provided all the details and answered each an every query, professionally and completely. At no time did we feel we we being dealt with other than someone who knew exactly what they were doing and more importantly knew exactly what we were looking for.

I had made an enquiry regarding property in the East Midlands area and I was contacted by a sales representative from Aspen Woolf, De Quincy Prescott who is one of the property consultants advised me of several properties that we eventually purchased.
DeQuincy was very professional in all aspects from the initial enquiry until the final purchase of the properties that we decided to go ahead with.

Thank you Razvana!!
I want to say a huge thank you to Razvana for delivering once again on my second property investment. I decided to contact Razvana again after receiving such fantastic and professional service from her with my first property investment. I gave her a budget and a time frame and after three possible options she found for me, I finally went ahead with a small property within the time frame and within my budget that we discussed. A big thank you to Anisha and Georgina also as the sale progessors who remained in constant contact and were always willing to help with any queries all through till the end.
