5 star service!
A massive thank you to the Aspen Woolf team for the 5 star service and the guidance from reservation to exchange. I purchased off-plan property in Nottingham, expected to complete in February.
At first I was hesitating to invest in an off plan development, having received all relevant information from Luke, and looking at the regular progress updates for the development I decided to reserve a one bedroom apartment for buy to let purposes.
As soon I reserved the property, the sales progression team worked closely with the solicitors and myself for a smoother exchange. Thank you to Georgina and Anisha for their help and patience throughout!
Overall, I had a great experience with this purchase and I look forward to buying another property from Aspen Woolf in the new year.

A company friendly and professional at first, but once they have your money...
I purchased an apartment from this company three years ago, and now it seems the company has run into financial issues and now Arthur's Fold in Leeds won't be completed. I've had next to zero communication & support from Aspen Woolf or City Life on this. My life savings were invested in this, as it appeared like a real opportunity. All I want is my deposit back!

Thank you for your review.
The reasons why the developer couldn’t commence with construction as planned was mainly due to Covid and increased construction costs which is why they had to reapply for planning permission for an additional floor. The developer’s intension was to build the development, unfortunately one creditor initiated the winding up application weeks before the planning was expected to be approved. This is an unfortunate situation which we couldn’t prevent in any way.
It is still early to predict the outcome for the deposits for Arthur’s Fold. While we remain hopeful, there is nothing we can do at this stage as we need to wait for the administrators to produce a plan of action to distribute the assets to the creditors.
We appreciate this whole process is long and frustrating, but we need to be patient and let the administrators progress this matter efficiently.

Aspen Woolf is a business that delivers on their promises. Their communication is excellent. Any queries raise are responded to very quickly with informative answers. There is no chasing to be done, as they are on the case. Jim although very professional conducts himself in a friendly manor and nothing is too much for him. The follow up team of Anisha and Georgina also conduct themselves in the same manner with their after sales service. Great experience with an attentive team
Jim supported me through a new build purchase as a first time buyer, he was kind and respectful throughout and always made time to go through my concerns, giving me the facts to support my decision making. Georgina and Anisha supported me through the exchange process, I feel they added a lot to my experience by keeping things moving in good time and dealing well with some complications along the way. All three were attentive and quick to respond. All in all a clean and easy experience for me.
