Hey Guillem,
Thank you for your review. While we totally understand your frustration, our postage costs are the same from our UK base to EU and generally it comes in at 10 euros. The additional cost will have been the customs duty which we do make clear is the responsibility of the customer in our shipping conditions at the bottom of our website. Unfortunately we are simply not in a position to cover these costs ourselves, so have to pass it on to the purchaser. In this way we can keep the jerseys at a competitive price.
We hope this doesn't put you off from purchasing one of our products again in future. We do very much appreciate your custom and support.

Hi Salvador,
Unfortunately the items you ordered were returned back to us by the US courier company as the address provided was incomplete, and it is their policy to proceed in this way.
Once we were informed that this was happening we corresponded with you to let you know we would issue a full refund once the items arrived back with us. The items have now arrived and a full refund actioned immediately as promised. There is a short delay as it usually takes 3-5 days for the funds to arrive back in your account.
We are very sorry for your the inconvenience and that you didn't receive your jerseys. We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and service, once the bank issues your refund we hope you see we dealt with your issue appropriately given the circumstances.
