We had a lovely gent Joe come to take away our mums stairlift today as our mum sadly passed away 7 weeks ago.
He was very friendly and pleasant which was nice to have in such hard times.
He had the job done in no time.

Good work.
The company was very straightforward with options on pricing, and very reasonable.
Our stairlift was installed with no fuss, with a free service in 12 months. I'm very impressed so far.

Just had my mother’s stairlift serviced…
Just had my mother’s stairlift serviced by Joe, he arrived within the allotted time. Asked my mum if she had any concerns or questions about the stairlift then he got on with the service. Very pleasant guy he watched mum operate the stairlift after. We would highly recommend Joe and the company he works for.

Aspire bought our stair lift which was no longer needed. Jack came and dismantled it and took it away. He was very helpful, great communicator about the timings, and extremely trustworthy and honest with the whole transaction. Would highly recommend.

The very pleasant "Joe" turned up on time and did a cracking job of checking my stairlift installation.
Torquing up the rail securing bolts where they had loosened with use. Keeping me fully informed of everything he was doing.
