Kevin Carroll handled the sale of my Aunts property. It has been a lengthy process but the conveyance was undertaken in a professional manner. We used ASR Solicitors in Newcastle-under-Lyme regarding our Fathers estate, we were greeted in the reception area by a very helpful pleasant person, and guided in a safe covid room. Solicitor Sue Carroll was absolutely wonderful at this very difficult time for us and explained the whole process in plain english no jargon. Sue is very professional and kept us updated throughout each process.
Also the conveyancing team Izzy was absolutely brilliant, she informed us through every step and when there was a hiccup with the prosective buyer she dealt with it very quickly and professionally.

Izzy dealt with the conveyance very professionally and kept us up-to date at every stage. Long delay occurred (due to the other side!) but Izzy kept at it until we finally completed. Would recommend.
