I received a $39.95 charge on my debit card randomly. They said I had a trial subscription that turned into a paid subscription. I have no idea who they are or why they are talking about. They only are offering a 25% back. I should get full refund. Beware of anything to do with this company.

Hi, thank you for sharing this. We understand how unsettling it is to see a charge you don't recognise.
AssessmentFox is an online platform for personal profile and assessment tests. The charge you describe matches our 7-day Full Access plan. It starts with a low-cost trial, and unless it's cancelled before the trial ends, it continues as a subscription billed every 4 weeks. These terms are shown clearly at checkout before any purchase is completed.
We're sorry this came as a surprise. If you don't recall signing up, please contact us at https://assessmentfox.com/contact-us using the email address you signed up with, or the details of the card that was charged. Our team can then find the account and confirm how and when it was created. You can also cancel the subscription at any time here, so no further charges are made: https://assessmentfox.com/cancel-sub.
