Site seems nice at first glance but other reviews were correct, all they do is never own anything but just steal from various other resources, putting a flat rate of membership fee on all those items they took, hoping for people never asking for updates. Worth thing is, the watermarks in most of the assets, butchering them. And when asked for update on outdated items, they cannot do it, for the above mentioned reasons. Stay away.

The people who left bad comments here are absolutely right. This is a scammer – Soner Kapoğlu, a site administrator from Turkey. He left a 5-star comment below, under his own name, claiming to be a user. He's a real scammer, scamming people, disabling VIP, half the assets are old and non-functional, some have cut files, and his site's ads are in all the blueprints, widgets, and folders. He buys all the files from another site, UECandy. His site is complete crap. All the 5-star comments are his, don't fall for them. I'm amazed people like him can even work online. I know you're reading this, but I only have one question for you: if you're writing about people selling assets on other sites, then why aren't you refunding them if you're not a scammer? Or is it not scamming to not provide a service and take money, but rather to not refund the non-functional assets that people pay for? I specifically took VIP to try out a few assets for my project, to see if they would work, but most of them turned out to be unusable, so I ended up wasting my money and had to go to another site. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

This is an illegal scam website full of pirated content and who knows what malware. Dont buy unless you want your wallet stolen. Nothing here is legitimate and you'll get sued for using stolen content.

This site is absolutely reliable. I've been using it for a year. Those who give low ratings are people who downloaded assets from here and tried to sell them on other sites but got banned. :)

Fraud! Luckily I purchased the cheapest $ 10 plan and did not get the VIP access. Emails ignored.

I bought the six-month plan, then my vip plan expired after only 2 days, the only asset I managed to download was no the real thing but a file with random data.

Never, ever buy anything from them, it's phishing and they could steal even more. If they didn't deliver, I guess that's why... I paid $20 and they blocked me and my IP address too. Plus, they don't listen to you, and on top of that... For newcomers, never buy this.

The worst resource. It only took 10 days, I have proof of payment, a video, I have a lot of information, just in case they were trying to scam me.
Only 10 days passed... My profile says: I paid $20 on November 5th. The day before yesterday they took away my account. Total scam. They supposedly advertise the price, and my subscription didn't last at all... Oh well... I should have read the reviews. Are the people writing reviews here from the company, or are they just enthusiasts who bought it for two days? If you promise something, you have to deliver. I'll tell you the truth about this site. I bought a VIP account, and 15 days later, my account was disabled. Some assets don't match what they advertise; they're supposed to be one asset but not the other, especially if the asset is expensive. Some assets are missing files or textures, or they don't work at all. The asset versions also don't match, with older versions being passed off as newer. Five downloads a day aren't assets; you have to download each asset version separately. For a programmer, that's very little, since I need to check each asset to see if it's suitable for a project. Most of the assets on this site are actually free. Download speeds also sometimes drop. It's a scam, outright fraud. Don't trust the reviews written here; all of them are written by the site's creators themselves. I wrote to the administration, but no one responded. It's a 100% scam. I made a huge mistake when I paid them. There are much better options for that price, but I just hadn't found them in my searches before, so I ended up with these scammers. Don't trust them under any circumstances. Especially don't even think about paying for several months or a year. It's a pirated site and could disappear at any time. Take your time, search, and you'll find a better, cheaper, and more profitable option, trust me.
