Nothing but positive things to say. My fiance lost the stone from her engagement ring, i had to make a claim but it was super easy to do and the team were ultra responsive and always got back to me within 24 hours, often a lot sooner. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Very professional outfit.

I recently had to make a claim for a lost engagement ring, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything was handled.
From start to finish, the process was clear and straightforward, and the team kept me updated throughout. My claim was approved without any hassle, and they arranged a like for like replacement.
What I really appreciated was the flexibility they allowed me to upgrade the ring by paying the difference myself, which meant I could choose exactly what I wanted rather than being limited to a standard replacement.
Overall, the whole experience was far less stressful than I expected, and the outcome was spot on. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.

Easy & straightforward
Easy straightforward, online process to get the immediate insurance I required for a recent watch purchase. Peace of mind knowing I am fully covered for all eventualities at home and travelling. A single reasonable payment took the hassle out of paying monthly (although that option was available too)

Completely damaged my engagement ring when I broke my finger and had to have it cut off. Assetsure insurance were brilliant from start to finish, the process was super simple and dealt with quickly.
