The first month was fine. Payed 30 euro month plan. Second month the traffic is blocking. Terrible chat support, non. Cannot use cli version at the moment. Only web interface with API key issues. Need to create new chat every time. No idea what is happening.

Pretty happy with Codi AI model.
Has many models to reference and pricing is very reasonable. It also links to a number of coding IDE's including MS Visual Studio

I am a beginner developer on ODOO. I will write integrations with third-party services from odoo.

Great copilot but lacking full functionality that you can get from other tools like file upload, etc. MCP should be easy to implement but nonetheless, I like the product!

Great service over the years. They consistently update their service with new LLMs, ensuring their users stay up-to-date with the most accurate and efficient solutions.

I've been using AskCodi for several years since my last job as a marketer. It's previously called AskJavis and supported VS Code as an extension, earlier than most popular AI code editors based on the VS Code project in the market. This product has been evolving in the past years. In the beginning, it only supported ChatGPT from OpenAI, but it didn't stop there. The support on Discord keeps us updated. Now I can also use more LLMs such as Google Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, and Deepseek.
The extension works smoothly, and pricing is reasonable. I don't have to subscribe to GitHub Copilot or other services. This saves me much.

AskCodi is a solid AI assistant that helps streamline coding tasks, whether you're writing functions, generating boilerplate code, or tackling documentation. Its support for multiple programming languages and integration into popular IDEs makes it convenient for daily use. While it's not perfect and occasionally needs fine-tuning, it definitely boosts productivity and helps reduce time spent on repetitive tasks. A great tool to have in your developer toolkit!

AskCodi integrates really good with a plugin into VSCode. It has a variety of different language models, that helps you in every situation. It makes code suggestions, explains code or document it. A real time saver for me. I use it often to give me a hint into the right direction, or to refactor my code.

AskCodi constantly updates their models and tools. The integration into VS Code works really well. Sometimes the autocomplete lags a bit, but recent updates have made the experience a lot more responsive.
It is great to have the AI chat directly inside the IDE to "discuss" coding problems or debug issues. With one click, the suggested code from the chat can be transferred into the code, or from the file into the chat.

Currently the VS Code plugin has only visibility of the open file. AskCodi offers Codespaces through their website, which allows to work with the entire codebase, and not just the current file for autocomplete.

They are also treating early supporters and lifetime deal members very generously and keep their features and limits up to date. Great service and dedication from the team!

AskCodi was an early adopter of using AI for development. Their product (which has since rebranded to AskCodi) was launched before ChatGPT was released and we've been using it since early 2022.

Their platform is continuously improving and adopting/innovating with new AI technology early. So the benefit to us, the users, is being able to easily adopt the latest and greatest continuously. Translating to faster development speeds with increasing efficiency over time.

They have a full suite of useful tools and integrations to fit seamlessly into your teams' development workflow.

I loved this applcation and all its feature.

I've been with AskCodi for a long time now (years). Regardless of any bugs or issues that I've run into over time, what currently makes me a strong supporter is the continuous improvement over time in both aesthetic and offering. While I would not have recommended it when I first signed up, I now do. I've yet to use a coding-focused platform that is as expansive in its offering and specific with the tools a person can take advantage of.

Two constructive criticisms I have that are specific to my use case:

- I hope that they eventually improve and strengthen its ability to integrate with platforms like VS Codium (integration exists, but it's limited)
- When I used it for a Svelte project, the responses I received were often problematic for Svelte 5 even though the major Svelte upgrade been months prior. I had to repeatedly be explicit (even in the same thread) about the major version of Svelte I was using, which I feel can be addressed very easily. Maybe in addition to a dropdown for language, include a dropdown for major version, and then include a boilerplate note on that with my prompts. Eventually it would make sense to spin off individual models trained for specific major versions, but a duct tape fix for now would smooth out the user's experience.
