Great experience from an initial enquiry with their customer service. I opted for a home visit of their Rollators, so I could try out various makes and models. To assist me to make the right choice and to lift in/out of my car boot. Weight was a consideration for me given my spinal injury. I purchased an ByAcre Carbon Fiber from Assist Mobility.

Wonderful company! Kind, helpful and caring staff. Fast delivery. The By Acre rollator is life changing for me as I have dogs and was really struggling walking them with a stick. The Byacre Overlander allowed me to walk in fields, woods and feels strong and gives me confidence. I just recently took it to Spain to visit my grandchildren and it was an absolute godsend. If I could give a company more than 5 stars, I would do so for Assist Mobility.

Why?

First of all, they have a really excellent website, which is clearly laid out, gives full information about all the products, and is obviously written with a lot of thought.

Secondly, we recently travelled up to see Richard from Assist Mobility at their new showroom in the Cotswolds (currently by appointment only because they are still setting the showroom up).

From start to finish, Richard was extremely professional, responding quickly to our communications, sending a confirmation email with full details of our appointment and how to get to the showroom.

When we arrived, he had thoughtfully set out some of the rollators outside in front of the showroom so that we could find it easily. Then, he had arranged inside the entrance to the showroom all the rollators that we had expressed an interest in, so that we could see each one in all the different formats and colours, as well as a few other brands which could be of interest to us. He let us try each one, both inside and outside on the varying terrain nearby.

He was very engaged throughout the process of choosing a rollator and really thought about the individual issues that we had (short stature, muscle weakness and a neck issue). He offered good suggestions, researched answers to our many questions on the rare occasion that he did not know the answer from the top of his head. Richard was so patient and never made us feel rushed, even though we had come on a Saturday which was technically not a work day for the company.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that I wish all companies were as professional as Assist Mobility. We are very happy with the rollator and would like at some point to buy another one from them. I would highly recommend Assist Mobility and the whole team, Richard, Sam and Suzanne. I wish them every success in their field of expertise.

Easy to navigate website and prompt delivery

Ordered one day and it was delivered a couple of days later… and I live on an Island! Came ready assembled which was a huge help! My Ma finds it very easy to use and store… it just gives her that extra confidence when we’re out and about, light enough to get in and out the car several times a day!! Glad to have found this wheeler 🥰

My car was picked up from the house by a polite knowledgeable driver. A text message was sent prior to arrival notifying me they were on their way.
My car was returned the next day. Again the driver was polite and gave me a demonstration of how the new adaptions worked.

The service was absolutely excellent. I requested a particular delivery company having had issues with others and Assist Mobility organised this without demur. I had also ordered an item which I hadn’t realised was already included in my purchase. It was spotted and immediately refunded. I can’t praise their customer service enough.
