The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and despite not living in London, everything was made easy and stress-free. Moss kept us updated every step of the way and really went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect stone.

Moss also made both of our engraved wedding bands and helped design our engagement ring. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the final pieces.

When he showed me the CAD design for approval, I was already in love as it was exactly what I pictured and wanted from the inspo I had sent, but then he surprised me by adding his own special touch, a hidden halo that completely transformed the ring and made it even more breathtaking. It was such a thoughtful detail and truly showed his creativity and expertise.

The entire process was incredibly quick and stress free and was able to be done via video call consultations. Danyal kept me updated every single step of the way, which made me feel so reassured and involved throughout. The delivery turnaround was impressively fast, and when I finally saw the ring in person, I was lost for words.

Their customer service is genuinely amazing attentive, responsive, and so professional. On top of that, the craftsmanship and quality are outstanding, and the prices are more than fair for the level of detail and care you receive. They truly are the best at what they do.
