DO NOT PURCHASE. The mask is a piece of crap (only worked ONE time) and the company doesn't respond to return requests despite promises that it can be returned within 30 days and that it's warrantied for one year.

Total scam.

Beware !!this is a terrible cheap nasty Chinese clothing company The items look nothing like they do on their website I wanted to return item but they do not reply to emails .

I ordered from thins company in March 2020. I have emailed customer service numerous times. At first They responded and blamed the slow shipping on Covid but then after a couple months they stopped responding. I never received the product or my money back. Total scam!

I placed an order 9/16/20. My account was debited that same day. It's 11/12/20 and no sign of my order. It's time to report this company to my state's consumer complaint division. I'm angry that I fell for this scam

on the 15th of September I ordered a Halloween Holographic projectiob on ASTERIASHOP, i justvpaid 34.79 USD. I have not yet received feedback. the site disappeared. There is no signal. I want my money back!

TOTAL SCAM! I received something but it was broken. I emailed them and never heard back. now their website doesn't exist. So angry!!!

No communication since I made the order (and paid) on 17 September. Website gone, looks like a scam.

I ordered a product back in June. I have not received it. I have emailed and was told could take longer due to covid-19. I responded asking about the tracking number, as I had paid the extra to have a tracking number and I have not received any response. I emailed again asking for a refund since the item has not arrived and my emails have been getting ignored. Again radio silence. Now I see the sight seems to be taken down.

I have also placed an order since August 2020 and have not yet received my order. I have sent several emails that remain unanswered. The site is no longer operational. I will wait another week before taking the necessary legal action.

The same happened to me, I ordered AND PAYED my items on March and didn't receive anything. I sent thousand of emails and just received some empty replies. The link I received when I ordered is still working and can see how the products didn't leave the USA. As I said at my last email, if I don't receive my money this week, I'll suit you, guys!!!
