We take client feedback seriously and would like to clarify several inaccurate statements made in this review.
First, the payment mentioned was not sent to a private individual’s bank account. The transfer was made to an IBAN registered under the company’s banking structure, which is used for company-related transactions. At no point were clients instructed to send funds to a personal account belonging to a private individual.
Second, regarding the withdrawal request: the amount requested for withdrawal was higher than the available balance in the account, therefore the request could not be processed. Withdrawals can only be completed for the funds currently available in the account.
Unfortunately, during private communication with our support staff, the client sent multiple abusive and offensive messages directed at our employees, including inappropriate language and harassment. Astnex maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behavior toward our staff, and all communications are documented.
Despite this, our team remains willing to assist the client with withdrawing the available balance should they choose to proceed through the proper process.
