I received my first Astra strap for my Apple Watch and am loving it! The fit is perfect, and I love that there’s an alternative for the way too expensive Apple straps, and so many choices. So I ordered a second strap which will be delivered soon but had made a mistake on my order, and ended up ordering a duplicate. I contacted customer support, and was blown away by the help I received, great communication, and Ronnie managed to have the duplicate removed and refund issued within a couple of days. Very happy, and highly recommend Astra for replacement watch straps.

The Customer Service Team was efficient and understanding in helping me with my request. I’m very satisfied with the customer support I received.

I ordered two braided straps and when they arrived I discovered I selected the wrong size and they didn’t fit. I wrote to the company and they very kindly offered a discount to re-purchase the correct size for a total of just $15.00, without having to return the bands that were the wrong size. I was very happy with the customer service and the bands are very pretty!

Great company to deal with, with excellent customer service. I had an issue with the strap , but after a couple of questions, they sent a new strap. The new one arrived within a few days, and everything worked out fine.

Customer service representative Ronnie was very supportive and proactive. Unfortunately the 2 apple watch straps that were sent were both damaged and I was disappointed that I could not replace my original strap.

I’m very happy with the quality of the product. It looks beautiful, premium, and exactly as advertised. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but the customer service team was excellent. They kept me regularly updated and were always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience.

The most frustrating company to deal with. Will not honor return policy

It is hard these days to find good customer service let alone great customer service. At Astra Straps I found great customer sevice and I have not even receive my purchase yet.

What happened was I accidently ordered the wrong color and when I realized my mistake I immediately sent a reply to the confirmation email I sent. It was after hours, so I didn't expect a response. Within an hour I got one telling me they would put in a request to switch to the color I actually wanted. They said they would let me know if they were able to successfully able to complete my request.

The next morning I woke up to an email telling me my oder had been fixed and I would get the product I meant to order.

Unbelievable customer service, the best.

Great customer service and product!!

They keep trying to get you to buy something else when asking for a return. So far 4 emails back and forth to get a return authorization for a band that is too narrow.

This is my second order from astrastraps.ca
The site could be a little easier to navigate in terms of finding previous orders but the customer service is excellent and the products are very good - what you see is what you get. Returns are made easy and there is a huge variety of products to choose from. I'm very pleased with my purchases.
