Not really worth the one star, their sales page take the money before you can check the basket is correct and so, it would appear, I have ordered two things not the one I selected. My advice would be to steer clear of this company as they will take your money with no refund, cancellation or correction options.

Ils vous font défiler des pages de produits avant le paiement et vous vous retrouvez avec articles que vous ne vouliez pas.
Bien entendu il ne vous font pas un récapitulatif de commande avant le prélèvement .
La commande a été faite il n'y a même pas deux heures mais ils ne veulent pas me rembourser.
Heureusement je suis passée par PayPal.
J'espère que j'aurai gain de cause.

Zeer slecht pure oplichting een waarschuwing . Ik krijg alleen contact met een bot en toen ik het wilde annuleren omdat men een tweede bestelling er aan koppelde ik dit pas zag op pay pal was het al te laat . Men zegt gelijk verstuurd dat klopt niet als je direct annuleert . Mensen trap hier niet in , het komt uit China , en is troep . Ik zit voor 92€ vast , hoop dat ik het via paypal terug kan vorderen . Bij iedereen berekenen ze een ander bedrag echt schandalig . Retour is gratis nou geloof mij troep uit China moet terug naar China . Leugens . TRAP hier NOOIT in , ik geef eigenlijk liever geen ster , want zelfs dat verdienen deze oplichters niet !!!!!!!!

They gave me an offer of £8:99 and ended up taking £49:00 very confusing advertising because the offer was only if you buy an extra one even though end amount said £8:99. I’m am trying for a refund but they said I can’t even though it was only a few minutes later because it was already processed.

Cheaters as they do it allow you to cancel an order which was incorrect as they have some way of adding items when you transmit and. I way that you can cancel your order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER

One star is still too much – Do not buy from this company!
This company appears to operate in a highly questionable way. Their website does not provide an Impressum (legal notice), which is a legal requirement for businesses operating in Germany. There is also no clear information about where the company is actually based.
I ordered 3 pens at €9.99 each, with a promotion of 3 free pens. The total should have been €29.97, but my PayPal account was charged €59.94 instead.
I noticed the incorrect charge immediately and canceled my order within one minute. Despite this, the company claimed that the order had already been shipped. However, they have been unable to provide a shipping carrier, tracking number, or any proof that the goods have actually been dispatched.
I am now forced to go through PayPal’s buyer protection process to try to recover my money.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

They lie about pricing and do everythig they can to rope you to paying more than the price on their web page. they are smart and make it as difficult as possible to get a refund (even through paypal) I purchased a toe nail fungus product through them and it doesn't work. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I very stupidly got swung along on Facebook by the glowing ad for a nail fungus pen from this company.
I thought I’d try just the one to start with, but realised straight after I had hit the payment button it was showing my purchase was buy three get three free. One pen was being advertised at.£11.99, the invoice showed I was being charged £53.94……

I messaged him immediately requesting a refund. I was told the item had already been shipped so the only way to get a refund was to return after I had received it. I said I wasn’t happy with that I wanted a refund. I was then given the option to change the quantity and have the balance refunded. I said I still wasn’t happy, but they have refused to refund.

Just done research on the company and found exactly the same thing has happened to other others so I have contacted PayPal and they have upheld my dispute and are refunding my money.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole if I could give zero stars, I would’ve done

I would have liked to give NO stars but it doesn't seem to be an option.
I ordered an Orivelle nail pen from Astronara paying tho Paypal. When I checked my Pay Pal account I found I had been billed 2 one at full price and a second at a discounted price. I only checked out once ? but my PayPal Acc showed two transactions. I contacted Astronara immediately. Mia (a bot?) responded but prevaricated - lots of messages exchanged - eventually telling me it was too late to cancel.
I think this is a scam site. Certainly dubious selling techniques on line. When and IF I receive the goods I will be seeking a refund. No doubt I won't get all of my money back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ASTRONARA

I emailed back to the company immediately on receiving their confirmation email,, and I told them I needed to cancel the order that it was placed in error as I was only expecting to pay under 10 pounds they then sent me an email saying just to clarify. Do you want to cancel the order completely and I responded saying yes.  Why on earth they’ve shipped it is utterly beyond me.

le prix annoncé n est absolument pas celui qu on vous demande de payer....donc vous ne validez pas la transaction mais elle est tout de même validée....aucun moyen de se faire rembourser...Paypal soutien les pratiques de ce vendeur...message envoyé au vendeur juste après avoir vu que la commande est été validée...il essaye encore de vous arnaquer et n annule pas la commande....A FUIR...NE SURTOUT PAS COMMANDER....C EST UNE ARNAQUE

Please AVOID this company it’s a total scam . I ordered 1 thing and they took more money out 4 weeks later saying I’d subscribed which I absolutely DID NOT please don’t get caught out like me .

ordered 1 pen for £20 they ended up taking for another 3 pens i had not ordered so £62 pounds in total
asked for refund but already said despatched straight away which was rubbish
this company needs reporting which i will be doing

SCAM,SCAM- Astronara Trading FZCO ! DO NOT buy this Astronara fungal cream. It was advertised $24.99 on Facebook. After I paid by card, I got an email to say AUD $ 40 was deducted due to conversion of US $ 24.99 , which was not listed as US $ on Facebook page. I immediately cancelled the order within half an hour , but email replied to say shipment was sent! It took them 3 weeks to respond to FINALLY find my order. So, so DISHONEST!
When I asked the item to be returned,they asked me to pay for postage to USA. It said on the FB ad - "FREE RETURN"which was not honoured. They offered me a refund. When I got my refund one month later, I ONLY get US $ 11.25 , which is AUD$ 15.75, not $40. DO NOT buy from Astronara or anything off from Facebook advertisement. Full of scammers!

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE – My experience with Astronara Trading FZCO ⚠️

I want to share my experience to warn others before they go through the same situation.

I attempted to purchase ONE item priced at $21.98. However, during checkout, there were misleading upsells that resulted in an additional charge of $65.94 that I did NOT clearly authorize.

Within minutes of placing the order, I immediately contacted the seller to cancel the entire order. Despite this, they did not respond right away. Hours later, they replied refusing to cancel and stated that the order was already “on the way.”

This was extremely frustrating because I reached out right away — there was more than enough time to stop the order before shipment.

Instead of honoring the cancellation, they proceeded to ship the items anyway.

When I followed up:
• They refused a full refund
• Offered only a 50% partial refund
• Required me to return the items at my own expense
• Mentioned a subscription I was not clearly aware of

To make things worse, their messaging claims:
“Instant refund available” and “no questions asked”

But that was NOT my experience at all.

I ended up receiving items I did not want, after clearly requesting cancellation immediately.

This has caused unnecessary stress, time, and effort dealing with disputes through PayPal and my bank.

⚠️ My advice:
• Be VERY careful with their checkout process
• Watch out for hidden upsells
• Take screenshots before confirming payment
• Avoid this seller if possible

I am currently disputing the charges and seeking a full refund.

Just sharing this so others can stay informed and avoid the same experienc

Thieves and a scam - placed an order for one nail pen then discovered a few hours later ( when my debit card was declined in my local shop ) that I’d been charged £53.94 and £41.94 in 2 transactions for one nail pen that was supposed to cost £6.99 !!! Fighting with PayPal now to get my refund . Just ridiculous

THIEVES. THEIR PUBLISHED PRICES ARE JUST TO LURE YOU IN THEN WHEN YOU PURCHASE THEY BILL YOU MUCH MORE. BEWARE. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE REFUSING.
