Faulty ROG CETRA Ture Wireless Earbuds…

Faulty ROG CETRA Ture Wireless Earbuds purchased in January. Earbuds do not charge in case properly, red indicator light comes on, and takes a good few attempts of re-seating to clear. If missed case and earbuds discharged. Raised a support ticket on 10th Feb, recived a troubleshooting guide, worked once. Called customer services, they coudln't help as by this time it was more than 30days since I purchased item and to go directly to the manufacturer. Supplied all information requested on 5th March, included a video of fault on 15th March when chasing up on ticket. Emailed for an update on 20th March, and again told someone shoudl contact me. Seems impossible to get a refund or an answer.

Not fit for purpose

Not fit for purpose. I bought a laptop last year it broke and was repaired in November, that repair went okay, now its failed again with the same issue. I've booked thd repair but it's taken days of dealing with rude customer services and it has to go to the Netherlands because the UK repair centre is full. Their products are clearly not fit for purpose and their attitude is shocking. Avoid them if you can.

I paid $2000 for my ASUS computer on…

I paid $2000 for my ASUS computer on the 12th January 2026. This had to be paid before the shop ordered it. Arrived a week later and the computer guy came and set everything up on it ehich cost another $300 plus I had to purchase Microsoft which was another cost. Then on the 15th March 2026 I got an error message which I couldnt get into my computer. Took it in to computer guys to fix and they are saying that it is the hard drive which they have to get parts and fix. I said I wanted the computer replaced and they said it is up to ASUS which they still have not heard from. So now I am waiting. I need my computer for my work andbit looks like ASUS are not coming to the party yet. Dont buy ASUS cimputers. I do not recommend

Spent pleanty on Asus over a 10 years…

Spent pleanty on Asus over a 10 years period. I have had no problems with the quality of the computer parts, hardware and monitors. But I purchased a case and it went missing all they did was delayed and mess around. Avoid buying directly from Asus!

Beware of Asus appalling after sales "service".

Appalling after sales service.
The charger supplied with my Vivobook failed after three months. I bought a new one so I could use my laptop and everything was fine. Laptop and charger professionally checked and verified that the charger alone was at fault.
Through my retailer I returned the faulty charger. Asus would not replace it unless I returned the laptop too (which would mean removing all passwords and my data and likely to be away for "several weeks".
There followed weeks of email exchanges but Asus would not honour their guarantee and replace the faulty item. Totally inflexible.
I will never buy Asus again. If anything goes wrong, you're on your own.

Pre-ordered and not recieved

Pre-ordered. The stock arrived on Tuesday. Its Thursday and the item still hasn't even shipped. 3,599

"customer service" guy I have been speaking to sounds like he just woke up and couldn't care less.

I have called each day. each day they say today today today. Not 3 days in I am told there is a "technical issue" that cannot be elaborated on and that the shipment will not take place for a week or 2.

Premium prices with zero service.

Flagship Price, Budget Support - Missing RTX 5080 Game code in Bundle

I bought an ASUS ROG Strix G18 (2025) G815 with the Resident Evil Requiem GeForce RTX 50 Series Bundle. While the laptop is a beast, the customer experience has been a nightmare.

The laptop arrived, but the game code—advertised as included—was missing. I contacted ASUS, who forwarded me to their distributor, FiveTech. Despite providing all the requested info (invoices, serial numbers, etc.), their only response was to claim the process is "automatic." It is not. Per the official NVIDIA guide, the retailer MUST provide a 16-digit code.

After I pointed this out, they simply stopped responding. You cannot ignore a customer's statutory rights just because a technical process failed. This game retails for £60, and that is what I am owed. Since the merchant has reached a deadlock of silence, I am now initiating a Section 75 claim via my credit card provider to recover the value.

This is easily some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Buyer beware. I will not be purchasing anything off Asus again

What a waste of money.

What a waste of money.

In a way its quite refreshing to see Asus get such a low star rating. They are absolutely rubbish, my oled screen on my daughters laptop shattered with a sneeze and now im paying £360 with as its 18 months old and outside of the 1 year warranty obviously.

Pooly built laptops.

Avoid if you can, and if you can't, handle them with kid gloves.

Worst laptop and repair service ever!

Worst service ever!! Bought an ASUS laptop for my work 6 months ago. It broke all of a sudden - no warning, completed a form for return and repair as still under warranty and after 4 weeks they still haven’t arranged it to be collected. They are blaming the courier arrive. This collection address is a busy clinic with couriers coming and going every day, so I just don’t believe it. I’m getting no where fast!! Avoid ASUS computers - terrible computer and even worse customer service!

A huge waste of time and money

I bought a laptop from Asus and unfortunately the software wasn't installed correctly and I can't upload any new software.

I contacted them about it and they refused to help saying I needed to contact the software supplier

i have spent two days trying to fix the problem and I've still not fixed

I can't work on it anymore because i get so extremely angry

The laptop is rubbish as is the customer service.

I will never buy Asus again. An absolute waste of time and quite I was quite insulted by their customer service

My recommendation is do not buy Asus as you will regret every time you use the laptop

ASUS Store UK - Complete Disaster: £4,399 Gaming Laptop Lost, No Refund, No Escalation, Worst Customer Service Ever

I purchased a high-end gaming laptop worth £4,399 from ASUS Store UK on 6th January with next day delivery, and they sent it via Parcel Force, who then lost it in transit. After 15 days, ASUS Store UK is still refusing to provide either a refund or a replacement, which is completely unacceptable for a non-delivered, high-value item.
There is no way to contact official ASUS customer service directly for this order; every call is diverted to a third-party company that handles their calls, and they repeatedly hide behind the excuse that they are “just a third-party contractor.” This third-party team is refusing to escalate calls properly and even refusing to raise a formal complaint when asked, which feels like a deliberate tactic to block any meaningful resolution.
On multiple occasions, when an escalation was requested, they claimed that a manager would call back, but when finally speaking to a manager, it was confirmed that no such escalation request had ever been raised. This shows either complete incompetence or intentional dishonesty in how they handle customer complaints and escalation requests.
To make matters worse, one of their team members even blamed me when I asked for a replacement, saying words to the effect of: “How can we trust you if we send a replacement and the previous laptop arrives?” This is an outrageous accusation against a paying customer who has simply not received their £4,399 item and is asking for a basic resolution.
They also refused to mark the parcel as “return to sender” with the courier, even though doing so would mean that if the parcel is ever found by Parcel Force, it would automatically be sent back to ASUS. Instead of taking reasonable, customer-focused steps, they are choosing options that delay and obstruct any resolution.
There is nothing in their terms and conditions or on their website that mentions a 30-day “investigation” period before a refund for lost goods, yet they insist on this arbitrary delay while ignoring their obligations as the retailer. Combined with the inability to reach official ASUS support, the third-party call handling, the refusal to escalate, the failure to log complaints, and the blame-shifting onto the customer, this has become the worst customer service experience imaginable.
If ASUS Store UK continues to operate like this—losing extremely expensive items, refusing refunds or replacements, hiding behind third parties, and treating customers with suspicion instead of respect—they will quickly destroy their reputation and likely disappear from the UK market. I would never recommend ASUS Store UK to anyone.

New laptop broken on arrival

I bought a budget laptop vivobook but did not expect to have to re-install from new. The WiFi just disappeared off the device where I could not get back online. Lucky for me I had an old laptop where I could put a re-install image on a usb and well re-install not what I expected being taken just out of the box.

None of the hotkeys work on my device after only 2 years of ownership - its' RRP was £4000 ish so this is absolutely ridiculous that such basic support is already gone, even eliminating the ability to use things like the keyboard backlight - not to mention how inconvenient it now is to change screen brightness, volume, power mode etc... The device's advertised mux switch has also never worked - a software issue I was told would be solved asap shortly after buying the device. Please solve all these issues; the extended warranty I paid for is not even over yet and simple software features are failing to be updated. All drivers, bios, OS are up to date.

Website doesn't even let you send an email to support - "verification code error" despite it being written fine. Absolute scam company, would never buy one of their laptops again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a laptop and within the first week the audio wasn't working properly, it was meant to be a military grade scrtach resistant laptop but somehow in the first few weeks it had lots of scratches and a few of the keyboard letters had faded off (eventhough it wasn't really near anything that should scratch it). Within the first two weeks the mouse was intermittently not working and the screen would freeze sometimes. The charging port does not always recognise the charger either. I sent it into repair and they SENT IT BACK TO ME WITHOUT EVEN FIXING IT. Apparently they couldn't 'find any faults' which is just not true and they only tried for a day or so for less than an hour at a time (when I specifically stiulated some of the issues are intermittent so would not show itself straight away). I argued back and forth with them and then sent it for a second repair. This time they fixed one of the many faults and STILL SENT IT BACK without fixing all or without consulting me. I now need to send it back a THIRD TIME within the space of a year. I've had laptops for 10 years which cause me less problems. The customer service has been awful. The latest person 'Michael_W' has been the most useless staff member for a company I have ever spoken to. Refuses to take accountability for the faulty product. Refuses to raise my complaint eventhough I've asked him to do it three times. Tried to blame the original place of purchase almost a year later and the only solution he is offering me is to go back and complain to them but obviously there is nothing the retailer can do almost a year later and when the product itself has been faulty from the start. I have spent most of a year on phone calls, email chains and chatbot services trying to get the original problems solved. THIS IS MADNESS! And the fact that Michael just refuses to escalate my complaint no matter how many times I try to ask. My patience is thinning and I've since asked that he put me in touch with another staff member as I am fed up with his incompetence. I last asked him to do this ten days ago today and still haven't heard back even though this is meant to be the direct support/complaint line where they process things quicker than normal.

The company that distributes and acts as customer service for ASUS in the U.K. is shambolic.

They failed to give me the tracking info for the parcel originally, meaning no one was at home when delivery was attempted.

Their customer service then failed to assist me in rescheduling the delivery. 2 weeks later they told me that they were refunding the item. Another week passed with no refund “we just received the item back and will refund today” but I still haven’t received a refund.

Over 5 weeks from the original order and no product and no refund, with a carefree customer service dept. Good product but I wouldn’t purchase it from them.

Still need my laptop...

Bought a £800 laptop. 2 weeks later they still haven't shipped it off? Got in contact with customer service multiple times and got nothing. Judging by the other reviews im not even sure this is a business at this point.

From ordering to delivery there has been one problem after another.
1. They wouldn’t accept my Santander card for payment
2. UPS are used for delivery and required a signature for a £50 charger (even customer services thought that was ridiculous!) NO option to deliver to safe place or neighbour?
3. Website has no email address to contact with queries.
4. In my sales confirmation email it gives you an email to contact them on with any questions - I’ve since found out that it’s a chatbot email and won’t be answered.
5. Messages on X don’t get responded to.
6. When I tried to call I waited in a queue and when I was the next caller it just rang and rang - so costing me money
7. When I finally got through to someone he stated that in his system it said I’d received it??? When he then looked on the UPS log he saw it had been noted as being returned but they’d not sent it back THEN when he contacted the warehouse they had received it?????
NOT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
This item was ordered on 6th Nov and returned by UPS on approx 19th Nov?
If I’d not contacted them to trigger someone to check I may never have been refunded! Plus if I’d not been on the ball my £5.99 delivery charge wouldn’t have been refunded either!!!!
If I could have given 0 stars for this I would have!!!! Steer clear!
