I placed an order - yet to receive…

I placed an order few days ago- yet to have it received. Now typing on external keyboard for my laptop since I need an expensive replacement. Only after ordering I came here since there was no order tracking in the comfirmation email and it was very lacking in detail. Yet the enqiry of my delivery got a reply within minutes and the reply stated that it takes 4-6weeks for them to receive the product before they can send it to me with tracking. The delivery time is insane. Almost as if they are dealing with manufacture on demand type of deals or something. I will update to 4 stars or to 1 star depending on the results. So far I am hopeful since there are a few happy reviews here and hopefully delivery times and impatient customers are their only issue. - Please, guys- place an honest disclaimer for deliery times above order in shopping cart of your wesite and you will avoid at least like a half of your bad reviews and refunds.

I ordered new speakers for my ASUS ROG G751 laptop on 6th July this year and never received them... I sent an email to Zand Parts' customer service to let me know about the ETA. They only replied that cannot provide me with an ETA of my order...

I don't recommend them. Don't waste your money...

Scam company.
I ordered a webcam for an Asus laptop. They didn't give any details for a month after payment. Then they said they sent the package. I received a notification from UPS without a completed address. I was unable to complete the information on my own. The package flew back to the sender. I have requested a refund, but I am sure it is all a scam and I will get nothing.
I think it is necessary to file a class action lawsuit against this “company”.

Ordered an Asus Adapter

Ordered an Asus Adapter, based on Asus supports recommendation.
Asus helped me get the correct adapter specifically for my notebook based on my serial number.

It arrived after 3 weeks as promised, it comes directly from the manufacturer and the estimated delivery is within 2-4 weeks.

I will always shop from Asusparts when I need something for my Asus products!

Great customer service by the way, got an immediate response to my support questions.

Still as bad when shopping B2B

Hi.
You have shipped an order which was cancelled because you failed to respond to our previous inquiries.
As you now obviously have failed to respond to the cancellation as well although this was stated in EVERY correspondance we had with you since...
You can book a pickup for your item from order LS168866
Dealing with this company might singlehandedly be the worst experience we've ever had. We will not be using your company again onwards.

Invoices will not be honored and are considered void on our end.
You have at most 3 weeks to pickup the item, otherwise we will scrap it.

Cant even state this has been the worst service. That would imply some service was had... And there's clearly none what so ever.

You need to get your shi* together.

Asusparts and zandparts seem to be the…

Asusparts and zandparts seem to be the same, I have ordered a board for my monitor and never received, I bought it from zandparts first, then after a month without any information I had to send an email to cancel the order, they said it was because of brexit. Then I bought it from asusparts and the email confirmation was from zandparts. It has been a month again without any information about my item. Be careful. Update: 27/03/2021 I have not received my item, I will proceed to cancel my order. Bad Experience.

Excellent all round service!

I needed a new daughter board for my Asus laptop, and Asusparts.eu (or Zandparts) was the only place I found one in stock ready for despatch. I ordered the part on Sunday night, and had an email at 7a.m. the next morning, confirming the order. Later the same day, I got a notification of despatch with a UPS tracking number and estimated date of delivery. The item arrived today (Thursday) from Sweden to UK, clearly a brand new part, carefully packaged. The item is perfect. Excellent and very speedy service!

Very Helpful Customer Service

Have had cause to replace a few parts on my ASUS laptop and these guys are the official supplier in Europe.

The website is easy to use and finding the part is mostly easy, I say mostly as they do not have photos of all of the parts they supply. I suppose my expectations there are too much given the sheer volume of parts they must have, however a visual comparison of parts really helps when part numbers aren't available. However I have found that customer service is very helpful having sent me the right links to parts based on my description.

The only other issue I found was delivery was a little slow, you can track delivery and it did seem to take the long way to get here. I wouldn't have minded paying more for a faster service so perhaps different postal options should be made available during the checkout process - just a thought.

Overall I've had several experiences with these guys and they've all been very good.

Сервис на уровне дна.

Захотели, закрылись в час дня не предупредив. Курьер зря приезжал и подвели клиента.

Захотели, перенесли доставку на 3 дня, не предупредив. Итог - клиент опять в пролете.

Захотели, обиделись на замечание о некомпетентности и заблокировали аккаунт.

Такого пох.изма на клиентов не встречали даже в самом помоечном интернет магазине.

Sämst service

Fick fel laddare till min laptop trots att det stod på sidan att den skulle passa min modell. Sedan tror dom mej inte att den inte passar. Håller på att skickar bilder på min gamla trasiga laddare där man ser att det är olika storlek på hanen men dom tror mej inte ändå.
Tröttnar och skickar tillbaka på RMA, men har inte sett röken av pengarna trots flera mejl.
Det blev ebay. Där hittade man rätt modell direkt även om det tog en månad att få skickat från asien. Billigare dessutom...

Jeg er seriøst imponeret! og lidt ærgerlig ...

20/7 bestiller jeg en oplader på nettet.
21/7 om formiddagen banker posten på døren på vores adresse i Københavnsområdet. Desværre mangler den ledning der skal forsyne opladeren med strøm fra væggen.
21/7 bestiller jeg en ledning til opladeren (lidt ærgerligt at det ikke fremgik nogen steder at denne skulle bestilles ved siden af...)
Jeg forventer egentlig ikke at leveringen sker lige så hurtigt, da vi er taget til Skælskør og posten måske ikke er helt lige så hurtige hernede, men d. 22/7 lidt over middag banker posten på døren og afleverer ledningen.

Seriøst hurtig levering!

Som nævnt havde det været rart om det havde fremgået tydeligt at ledning fra væg til oplader ikke følger med...
Dette resulterede i to gange fragtomkostninger. Øv

Perfect!

I bought a PCB for Asus Zenfone 2 because mine didn't charge. The delivery is absolutely perfect and the piece has been perfect. So I'm very happy with the page. I had contact with them because I haven't the mail confirmation and the few hours the answered me with all details about my order. If I would have another problem with my ZF2 I will buy again with them. Thanks a lot.

ASUS Parts.eu - batteriköp.

ASUS-supporten hänvisade mig att handla ett nytt laptop-batteri till min ASUS G75VW, på Asus Parts (www.asusparts.eu).

Allting gick bra med själva beställningen och leveransen, jag fick hem rätt produkt på 3 dagar. Det hade varit 2 dagar om Posten hade velat leverera hem till mig, vilket de inte ville.

forkert info og lang leverings tid af forkert del

den 11/07-14 spørger jeg ind til en specifik del til min asus, der er tale om hvilket af to harddisk skuffer der er den korrekte, der står nemlig ikke på deres hjemme side hvilken der er 2.5" og hvilken der er 3.5", det var den på 2.5" jeg skulle bruge.

den 14/07-14 får jeg svar og et link.

den 15/07 bestiller jeg varen via deres link.

den 25/08-14 spørger jeg ind til status da de fortalte der kunne være 3 ugers leverings tid.
får svar samme dag om at den skulle være hjemme sidst i august.

den 02/09-14 får jeg besked om den er på vej med posten

i dag den 04/09-14 modtager jeg pakken og opdager til min gru at det er den på 3.5" de har sendt til mig.

de har erkendt fejlen og eftersom de ikke kunne løse den har de returneret betalingen uden problemer, så opgraderer lige fra 2 til 3 stjerner

Ja ting tager tid - men ingen information under vejs. Håber ærlig talt jeg kan finde en anden leverandør fremadrettet.
Men det kom dog frem til sidst - og fik da også et t&t nummer efter jeg selv bad om det
