ASW Pest Control Specialists Ltd Opiniones

Very thorough and professional, would definitely use again if needed in the future . Rob has been outstanding.

Called ASW in desperation as I heard noises within the house so I was sure I had rats! I didn’t expect anyone to answer my call on a weekend but Jamie assured me someone would visit Monday morning. Right enough Simon arrived and quickly identified rat activity and likely access point. He laid bait and confirmed he would return and in the meantime to contact Wessex Water to request a drain survey. Following his advice, a survey was conducted within a week and the access point confirmed. They capped off a redundant drain pipe and I’ve heard no more activity. Simon returned as promised and replaced the taken bait. He has agreed to return in two weeks to check all ok. I’m so pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of ASW and so very grateful to them for their expertise in resolving such an awful problem to have. They really know their subject! I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I contacted ASW due to a suspected pest problem in my loft. Within a day or two their technician Robert Mandy arrived ay my house and installed a camera and bait which was there for 3 days.
After the 3 day period my loft was declared pest free!
I would highly recommend ASW and Robert Mandy if you are unfortunate to have a problem with pests

Excellent service. Was being seen to by Rob. Made us feel very nice and secure after the work was completed. Was very friendly and down to earth also. Even after the first visit I believe he and Simon were able to deal with the issue. Told us what we can do on our end to deal with the entry points. This alongside with great competitive pricing deserves a 5*. I definitely recommend using ASW 😁

A very professional company. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with rodent infestation or similar.

Excellent service from Jamie to provide advice and arrange a technician to visit the same day.
Robb the technician turned up promptly and dealt with the issue efficiently and provided reassurance, advice and excellent customer service.
Would thoroughly recommend ASW without hesitation.

Excellent service overall. Very quick response and the Technician who came to our home was helpful, reassuring and very knowledgeable. We now have a plan to deal with the mice that ensures our household pets are not at risk of ingesting poison.

speedy, polite and very professional

I called ASW to remove a wasps nest. He came out same day, explained the process and resolved the problem at the first attempt. I would recommend this company.

Fast, professional and efficient service

Fantastic job done by Simon to help us out with an ongoing mole problem. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely use these guys again in the future. Many thanks Daniel

Friendly, fast, efficient & effective service in response to a request earlier in the day to deal with a wasp nest in the roof. Craig came out later the same day, answered questions about the treatment before applying it and the wasps are gone.
I have already recommended ASW to several friends when discussing problems with wasps.

e mailed to book an appointment, phone call back within 15 mins and someone turned up to do the job 3 hours later

Came out within the day and with minimal fuss sorted the issue.

Many Thanks for a great job

A friendly knowledgeable person came round and very happy with the follow up care.

ASW have been brilliant. Not only did they deal very promptly with the wasps nest in our loft space (leaking sleepy wasps into the house) they also checked up on the situation post treatment to see I was satisfied. As it took two weeks for the hatchling wasps to die off they came out again and re-treated the nest without charge. I no longer have wasps in our sitting room! Craig who came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The whole experience has been great and I have no hesitation in recommending ASW.

Excellent service. Came to property and neutralised wasp nest within 6 hours of my first making contact.

What a great service. Really friendly and did a great job. Arrived bang on time. Turned up in a discrete van as well. Provided a very clear explanation of what was needed. Did exactly that and cleaned up better than it was before. Highly recommended. Was also cheaper than the council charges.

Excellent …fitted me in the next day - friendly professional staff, would highly recommend ! We noticed the difference immediately .
Thank you so much !
