Counter service could be better
I click and collected my purchase to avoid a delivery charge, When I arrived there wasn't anybody on the counter so I had to use the phone provided not a great idea as it is not covid secure for all customers to use the same phone.
Apart from that I received my goods without any fuss

Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad you brought it to our attention. We do sanitise all surfaces thoroughly but for extra peace of mind, we've worked quickly to improve further. From now on, there is a box of gloves and some sanitising wipes next to the phone for customers that wish to use them. I trust that you will feel better visiting us next time.

Following a conversation with Kaitlin, some options were sent to me via links to the vast online catalogue. The decision was made to purchase the twin axle trailer mudguards which were suggested. Very quick delivery. although they are not fitted yet they seem to be very strong and substantial.
Excellent service and customer relations, Having an account set up with this company for future purchases is now in the process I look forward to dealing with ATE and Kaitlin in the future. Update:- Please pass the message on to Kaitlin, mudguards are now fitted and are better than expected. No modification needed., bolted straight onto existing brackets....

Parts ordered online, one item out of stock but due in within a couple of days, ATE advised if I waited the complete order could be dispatched in one go, so I was keep well informed of the order. Excellent all round service and communication.
