Very fast delivery and great…
Very fast delivery and great communication but expensive delivery charges to Northern Scotland means that I will not be buying anything more.
When my item arrived, I realised I needed to buy a further 2 items that would have cost £10 combined - but the postage would have been an additional £17.50 - so I found them both on amazon prime with free delivery.
I appreciate delivery charges are probably outwith the company's control.

Thanks for your review. We always recommend that our customers order as much in bulk as possible, as this usually works out cheaper (especially if you're quite far away). However, we understand this is not always possible - these things happen sometimes.
If you have placed an order and realise you need more parts before the order cut-off on the same day, please do give our friendly customer services team a call on 01206 795949 and they will try their best to add the extra part to your order before it ships - perhaps pop some sweets in with your parcel too!
We would be incredibly sorry to lose your custom, so please do at least consider us in future - we would be grateful for a second chance to give you the great service that we pride ourselves on daily.

Expensive delivery for small items
A good range of products and fast service, but let down by a minimum delivery charge of £9.95 + VAT. Seems a lot to post two small bowden cables.
