Lee was called to do a service and gas certificate for property. This was not first time we use him. I would say knowledgeable guy,BUT, and here is a big BUT, ATK BOILER SPECIALIST is DISSOLVED SINCE August 2023. Lee probably is working only on cash, or bank transfer to personal account, and have no authority to do any work on any boiler/gas .I will try to report him on HMRC for fraudulent economic activities.
Used Lee loads of times, he's always polite and friendly and has always helped us out at very short notice, which is much appreciated.. Thanks 👍
Paid half the Invoice for parts £1650 and never turned up and has turned off phone and ignoring me scammer
We had a problem with our boiler last year and after being let down by another company we rang ATK Boiler Specialist.
Lee came out and fixed it and he is now providing an annual service for us.
We honestly wouldn't go elsewhere now, he is so polite, efficient, punctual, professional and trustworthy with a wealth of knowledge.
We would highly recommend.
Lee is such a hero...he came out at such short notice despite having a busy day to look our central heating boiler that had died...he told me the problem almost straight away,also telling me what part that was required and how much it was going cost...he came as promised at 7.30 am and fitted the unit...Lee was gone by 8.15...we were all cooking in the house by 9.00 am.
Lee is as straight as the day is long, and his prices are more than fair for the work and care he takes...l would certainly be more than happy to highly recommend him to anyone.

I called late yesterday and Lee stopped by this morning before his first scheduled job. The issue was the heating not working but hot water was ok. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue and explained things in terms I could understand. Very grateful for finding time for me so quickly and then getting the heating working again. Superb service from a very knowledgable chap! Thoroughly recommend!
