Breezeline, new name, same bad service.

Wish there was a zero star rating as that is what Atlantic Broadband deserves. The cost is outrageous and the service is below substandard. In my area, we are all currently forced to use Atlantic Broadband. Hopefully a new company will come into our area soon, so we can all switch.

Deceptive billing practices. When I signed up they gave me one price but when they build me they started billing another price. Won't give any sort of credit or even correct the problem.

After rebranding to Breezeline

After rebranding to Breezeline, the service is worse then ever. If you're curious why, there is an exclamation point next to every speed shown on the entire website. Clicking this reveals that shown speeds will be substantially lower when the connection isn't wired. There is no tech support online and I couldn't find a soul with more then 3 braincells to give me a solid number or a percentage for how 'substantially lower...' the internet speeds might be. It's 3% of the shown speed by the way, with the 100mbps service (that is 60$ a month) gives me an active connection of 3mbps over 7 tests. This whole company smells like a shell corporation.

Absolutely the worst internet provider…

Absolutely the worst internet provider I have ever used. Connection interruptions are a daily occurrence. The cost is exorbitant and the service is pathetic. No one that I've spoken with that is currently forced to use this 'service' had anything good to say about it. It appears that AT&T is putting in fiber optic lines and I can't wait to switch. Hopefully enough people will switch when they finally have a choice and force Breezeline into bankrupty. New name, same lousy service.

This company literally sucks

This company literally sucks! God awful customer service! Waiting on the phone for over an hour! I’m canceling them. I ordered Verizon Home Internet. You should call Verizon and Tmobile and see which one you can get home internet with.

Signal always goes out randomly on tv…

Signal always goes out randomly on tv /tivo. Customer service /support isnt helpful because its an automated system that just tells u to change inputs or sends a signal refresh that doesn't work. Hard to get a hold of real help.

Happens randomly at least 1 every few months but stuck with it in my association. Wouldn't recommend if I could help it.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service! Also, dont try to get anything dont on the website... You can't change a thing about your account. You will have to call in and wait for over an hour to talk to anyone...and good luck finding someone who can actually help you. Breezeline is the "new" name, but they act just the same.

Now my second review on this company…

Now my second review on this company since my last review in July things have changed.

This company is still a pathetic excuse for an internet company. Customer server is still absolute crap. Their serve is still absolute crap. They changed their name to breezline recently same terrible company just rebranded like Facebook did to avoid law suits. I'm spending well over $155 a month on services I don't even get. I've spent since my last review trying to get someone out to come fix it no one has shown up I've scheduled over a dozen appointments still not a single tech shows up. They have refused to comp anything until a tech comes out which never comes out anyway. Tbh I'd write more but I'm tired of wasting my time on this company so to anyone wondering yes every bad review of this company is 100% accurate this company is a terrible company they don't care about their customers nor will they ever.

Ps I'm actively writing those sitting in the hospital the day after my son is born due to the fact this company was notified we were in the hospital and has threaten me countless of times (which I have recorded and documented).

IF DESPERATE USE ATLANTIC BROADBAND

I first got Atlantic Broadband. Actually because where I live it is my only option.I would not have choose Atlantic Broadband! I started out paying 39.99 a month one year later its one hundred dollars per month? I DON'T mind paying for a service bit I can hardly use my internet. When you try to call them they do not answer their phone? I truly despise this company! When I find another company I am leaving these horrible people/companies behind!THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY NEED TOBE SHUT DOWN!

PITIFUL

Wish that I could leave no stars! By far the absolute worse service EVER! Internet and cable boxes go offline and stay offline SEVERAL times a day EVERYDAY!! Customer service is just as bad! Waiting on hold for 2+ hours is insane! Representatives are rude and disrespectful! It’s sad in areas like where I live because they are the only option.

They say $49

They say $49. a month, ha not one time have I received a bill that cheap!!!! Then to top it off every month the service price raises. Finally I cut it off.
